Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Yuma

Ordered 3 sandwiches this evening and I told the guy that I wanted giants and I watched him cut the bread in half and he made 3 half sandwiches and I told him they was supposed to be giants. His response was you said regulars not giants, the only reason I said the regular was because he kept asking if it was chicken or beef. I said the regular Philly sandwich. I then asked him if I could get giants and he said he could make another of each but he would have to charge me for 2 sandwiches so I said never mind. While I was waiting another lady had the same issue she asked for a large and they gave her half. Also the guy who was helping me looked so dirty his shirt was stained black and yellow like he never washed it. He was touching the ink pen with the same gloves he was touching the meat and making the sandwiches with he never changed them. The bathroom had no paper towels or toilet paper in it and the floor was all sticky and dirty as well as the dining area was dirty and the tables sticky as well as the soda fountain floor area was black and sticky like it has not been mopped in weeks and the counter was sticky too. A very avid lover of jersey mikes back in my home town of Bakersfield. I spend lots of time traveling between there LA and San Diego and I’ve never once had a problem with jersey mikes. That’s until I came to this one, I walked in and didn’t even get greeted, which was no big deal to me, but then had to wait about 3 minutes for the girls to come out of the back and take my order. I ordered my favorite 26 and they had it out relatively fast which I was quite satisfied with. But as I began to eat the sub, on my way back home mind you, about mid way through it started to taste very chewy, and I had discovered some of the meat was still cold. I solemnly wish I took a picture but I was so angry I just threw it away at the rest stop by the dunes. If this was the first jms I would’ve ever ate at I would never go to another one. I just hope for the sake of this city, and the sake of the companies name, that my experience was one out...

If I could give 0 stars i definitely would. Ordered through DoorDash and I got the complete wing order. It was not the drivers fault, completely on Jersey Mike’s. When I called, I was told I could go pick up the right one, or they would write my name down for next time to get a “ free” sandwich. I told the guy after tipping DoorDash and paying the delivery fees, that was definitely not comparable. He then told me basically “I don’t know what to tell you,” then hung up. I called back and asked if he hung up. He said it was an accident, then proceeded to tell me he had hung up because they were so busy. Still waiting on a callback from a manager.
