Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Yuma

I am a snowbird from Courtenay on Vancouver Island, Canada. What attracted me first to Papa Murphy's was the huge billboard on the frontage road. "Thank you to the snowbirds for your support". With that, I had to try it. I looked at the menu online and decided to drive across town to try it out. What a huge mistake and waste of my time. I arrived in the afternoon, approximately around 330pm. The place was empty, no cars in the parking lot or drive through. I thought to myself, "good, I can take my time and do a little planning of what I want". When I walked inside, the chimes went off to let the employees know they had a customer. There was a female employee at the counter with here head down, doing something on her phone or something, I really couldn't see. There were 2 make employees in the back, standing around. I waited approximately 5 mins before I decides to walk out. Not 1 person acknowledged me or offered to assist me in any way at all. The most shocking was when I went to leave and opened the door, the chimes went off again and the female employee at the counter never looked up once. How incredibly disrespectful I felt. I feel sorry for the owner, who has to pay these people a wage when they are doing absolutely nothing but driving the business into the ground. Needless to say, I will not waste a dime into a business that could careless if I did or didn't. By the way, word of mouth can give a business a huge rave or the complete...

The staff at this establishment thought I was by myself when I asked for an application while my fiance was in line ordering a pizza when I went to fill out the app in my vehicle my fiance returned with the pizzas we ordered and had said the man at the register had talked about me said that he got a bad vibe from the guy that just ask for an app that he didn't like me mind you I was very respectful and professional. Now what could it have been papa Murphy's huh my ethnicity I felt like doing so much worse than what i did but i walked back in and said that was very disrespectful for an employee to say about something hungry for a job career with papa Murphy's but i didn't i asked if they could go ahead and throw my application that i just filled all the way out...

Manager doesnt care if the experience is bad first of jimay i believe is his name. Ive thrown away now 2 pizzas from them bc they were made careless and in a hurry. The pizza was dripping with sauceand the cheese was like eating rubber. Called to let him know and he just disputes they measure it. Thats not always true thibgs get rushed. Didnt offer to even make things right would not suggest them. Also staff is lazy called 30 minutes before close and he said we are closed i said no your not for 30 min...
