Pretty much the newest and one of the busiest breakfast spots in town! Basically, Yuma Bagel Co. is the monopoly for bagels because Yuma doesn’t have ANYTHING like this! Super fresh bagels 🥯 every morning. Very delicious cream cheese spreads (the hatch green Chile and the roasted red pepper are topnotch!) but they stopped making the veggie cream cheese 🥺😓😭 I was so sad. COFFEE: cold brew is pretty good 👍 For SAVORY: I would recommend getting the “Rise” breakfast sandwich and a pumpernickel bagel with the hatch green Chile spread! Their hot brewed coffee is actually pretty good ☕️ For SWEET: the French toast bagel or the chocolate chip bagel are marvelous just with some old fashioned plain cream cheese! Employees are masked 😷 ORDER BY...phone, walk-in for take out, online ordering through their website 📲 I would suggest calling ahead or ordering online. They are pretty busy and they make the food per order. So it can be a long wait. Order ahead so you don’t have to wait! PROS: many ways to order, fresh product, friendly staff, patio seating with outdoor dining, central location in Yuma CONS: pricey 💲💲💲, bagels go fast and have a small selection by the end of the day, limited dine-in space, some employees don’t wear they masks properly (most do), do NOT require customers to wear masks 🚫😷 Peep 👀 the menu...

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt the need to share my recent experience because I believe the online ordering system could be improved.

I’m a high school teacher, and today my students were scheduled to take their AP exam at 7:40 AM. I wanted to make sure they had a good breakfast beforehand, as they wouldn’t have a chance to eat again until after the exam, around noon. I placed an order a day before for 7:10 AM pickup, assuming it would be ready on time.

However, when I arrived at 7:10 AM, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes and didn’t receive the order until 7:30. By the time I got back to school, the test had already started, and my students were unable to eat. I was very frustrated because the whole point of ordering ahead of time is to ensure the food is ready when needed.

When my students finally got out of the exam around 12:30, the bagels were dry and unappetizing. Unfortunately, only a few students ended up eating them and the rest.. . like 2 dozens .. . were put in the trash. I hope this feedback helps improve the reliability of the ordering process, especially for time-sensitive situations...

Food is great, customer service not so much. Used to be great and was a big fan. However past two times I have been my order has been wrong both times forgetting main parts of the sandwich. First time ordered an egg and cheese bagel to get home and discover there was no egg, no big deal didn’t worry about it. Second time ordered the club got home and there was no turkey,ham, or bacon.Just veggies and cheese. Not wanting to make the 20 minute drive back. Went back today explained what happened and asked if I could get another. Was told no and to bring it in next time so they could make it right. Sorry but not driving 20 minutes just for you guys to correct what shouldn’t have even been forgotten at your convenience. Really a shame when this place first opened loved it and usually go here 1-2 times a week, but customer service has greatly declined and quality of ingredients other than the bagels is low compared to mostly muffins.
