Thank you, Albert Gutierrez, Sales Manager, for your time and resolution to my issue this morning. I completely understand the calculations of both delivery paperwork pages much better now and agree that there was no deception or "theft at my expense". . Furthermore, thank you for reordering the mattress that I purchased to replace the loaner mattress. I am grateful and look forward to receiving the new mattress in 1.5-2.0 weeks.
As I reiterated to you, Jackie is a fabulous salesperson. She has truly held up her commitment to me and my purchases along with taking care of the issues experienced.
Likewise, Oscar, who was the supervising deliveryperson for both deliveries, was a complete joy to work with. He bent over backwards to ensure my complete satisfaction during each delivery--less the circumstances beyond his control.
You, Albert, have truly helped set things right for me to ensure my complete satisfaction, along with offering a decent refund to offset my troubles and frustrations. Thank you.
I look forward to receiving the new mattress in a couple of weeks. In the meantime, I will continue to enjoy the new bed (headboard, footboard, siderailings) and the two chests--including the powerbase. The furniture is beautiful, solid, and well-made.
As such, I am upgrading my experience from 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Jackie Houston, I will be at Ashley Furniture tomorrow to speak with you and/or the store manager. Yet, another mishap/unfortunate circumstance with my recent purchase from the 4th Avenue store location. I am fuming! You, the store manager, and the store as a whole need to make this right! I hesitate to claim intential deceit or blatant theft--time will tell.
After the delivery supervisor left me without a mattress to sleep on when bedroom furniture was delivered on Saturday, December 14th, realizing your store's enormous mistake made on the delivery made yesterday, Tuesday, January 1st is beyond incomprehensible--and infuriating!
I have snapshots of paperwork for both delivery dates. Ya'll need to make this right! You, the store manager, and the other salesperson promised me that you would--time and time again--on December 14th when I stopped by the store prior to closing that night after having no mattress to sleep on. I expect nothing less--and the discrepancy in monies of what I actually purchased and what was delivered is completely UNACCEPTABLE!

Me and my wife are look around at different place and would get âare you buying anythingâ or they would yell from across the building if we need help. Until we walk-in too Ashley, we got greeted right away by Joseph S, we were kinda already annoyed because we were given bad customer service at another places so we kindly said we just looking. As 10 minutes goes by we stared finding things we liked and had question, before anything Joseph was right there again asking if we were still okay and just looking. One of the best decisions Iâve made was going to Ashley. Joseph Walked us thru everything we had question on and even question I wouldnât even think to ask. He covered all the bases. Heâs the only person Iâve bought stuff from who just didnât sell me hopes and dream, he gave me pros and cons about furniture things too look for and thing to look out for. So we finally found one we liked and before anything we stared to do paperwork. We got a really good quote, but me and my wife are big into family so we wanted everyone to come out and see it and get there Opinions. Joseph after spending 1 hour with us was 100 percent on board with that. So we came back with all the family eager to see what we were thinking about buying, and my family a big load group so when Joseph took it upon himself to shake everyone hand and introduce him self was amazing. He walked thru all the step with my family gave them everything and more I could ask for. He just didnât treat me and my family like we were just another sale for him but someone who cares about treating other as he would liked to be treated. So we are now waiting on our 6 piece set and can not wait to see it in our house.    Read moreIn November, my wife and I purchased furniture from Ashley Store with the assistance of Jacky. We bought a bed, two sofas, and a chair for our living room. However, the experience has been incredibly frustrating.
On the scheduled delivery day, the technicians were unable to assemble the bed properly. They struggled so much that they asked for our assistance. After just two weeks, the rails and wood under the bed broke. I reached out to the store, and they promised to send two technicians to replace the broken parts.
When the repair crew arrived, I was not home, but they replaced the parts. That evening, when I checked, I was shocked to find that the bed was still not properly assembled. The wood was damaged, and the center piece that holds the rails together was broken again.
I contacted Albert, the store manager, and sent him pictures of the poor workmanship. He apologized and said he would reorder the parts. However, by this time, it was January, and we still didnât have a fully functional bed. After four weeks, I called Albert to check on the status of the parts. He informed me that the person in charge of the warehouse had been let go and that our parts had been returned. Again, he assured me he would reorder them.
By this point, my wife and I were extremely frustrated. We requested to return the bed, but Albert refused. Two weeks later, the repair crew returned, only to find that the parts still hadnât arrived properly. I called Albert again, demanding that they take the bed back and refund us. I also requested to cancel the entire order, but he declined.

Update: Caroline reached out to us and addressed all the issues we had with great attention and professionalism. She was both attentive and polite. Going above and beyond, she was able to arrange a replacement chair for us. Thank you for your exceptional...
