Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Zachary

Monday November 18th, 5.55 - 6.15PM - Went inside to place an order - Had a large heavy set black gentleman taking drive through orders inside, 2 tall thin black gentleman working in the back, one cleaning and one preparing food - Had one short medium build black guy taking inside orders at the counter - When I walked in there was a black guy waiting to order, which he did and received his food - Short black guy behind the counter then asked what I wanted and I placed my order - He then turned around and went to the back of the restaurant, 15mins later he came back to the counter when a black lady came into the restaurant, he bypassed me and asked the black lady what she wanted - I asked him what about my order and he ignored my request and started to fill the black ladies order that came in 20min after me - I am no raciest and have hundreds of black friends, this was clearly a racist situation from a black churches employee towards me a white man patronizing the Zachary churches restaurant - I will never be back and if this is a black only establishment there should be a sign stating such so no other white costumer goes through racial profiling at the Zachary Churches Restuarant - If not and this was an isolated incident from a racist employee, then he should be reprimanded - I made no issue and told him it was rude what he did to me and politely exited the building - This will not alter who I am are how I treat people because I see no color and judge people by their actions not the color of their skin - I feel I'm owed an apology from the Owner of the Zachary Churches Restaurant - I caused no issue upon entrance or exiting the restaurant to cause this gentleman's behavior towards me other...

I had previously given this location three stars but tonight was ridiculous.They can be fairly slow and inattentive on a good day but tonight they were downright rude. Pulled up to drive-thru and they told me to pull up to the window without taking my order. I sat there for over 10 minutes without them openingthe window. I still hadn't ordered. Then a guy walked in, they took his order, gave him his food and he left. I still hadn't ordered. They finally took my order and then I had to wait another 10 minutes for the food. It was almost half an hour getting "fast food" while the kids are going stir crazy in the car. If I hadn't already told my wife I was getting I I would've left. They don't apologize for any of this. It's ridiculous. They should try visiting a Chick-fil-a. Also they advertise things and then never have them, like new sauces. They don't ask if you want ketchup even though you ordered fries and they don't give it to you unless you ask. One last complaint, they don't give you nearly enough napkins, especially if you order a...

The ladies and gentlemen that work here are friendly and very courteous. I have enjoyed the food here for a very long time but it seems as though the owner/manager does not care about food safety and general appearance of their store. On one occasion after getting home with a small okra, a small roach or similar bug came out of the bag. This was reported to the Louisiana Department of Health but I'm not sure if they ever investigated because they never followed up. On another occasion I went inside and noticed that the floor was sticky and the counters seemed dirty. On top of this the outside of the store smells like a landfill, the order menu speaker is inadequate and the parking lot is in disrepair. Please please fix...
