Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Zachary

I like their pizza, but their customer service needs some work. I placed an order through the app and realized that I didn't redeem my papa dough on the order like I wanted to. So I called to see if I could redeem the cash through the store and I was LITERALLY ON HOLD FOR 28 MINUTES! So I hung up and called back. The store clerk asked me if I could hold and I told her No, I was on hold for 28 MINUTES already. She did apologize, but Geez! I explained to her the reason for my call. She stated that she couldn't redeem papa dough at the store and that it was something that they were working on, but she could cancel my order and I could place it again and see if I will be able to use my papa dough. So she did and I was able to use it on my replaced order. Like I said, I like the pizza, but the CUSTOMER...

Very Nasty Zachary, La establishment.. Never received a greeting upon entering the building on 6.28.16 @ 4:15pm. Food preps were not wearing any type of hand gloves.. Male left his station to check me out and begin to dust his hands off on his shirt.. Handed the male my card, my card was in turn threw on the counter. My receipts and the company pen was put on the counter for my signature after the cashier observed my hand out. After handling my card and other things around the register he went back to his station and resumed to make pizza dough.. This is truly a terrible establishment. My husband and I appreciate and enjoy Papa John’s. However, this specific restaurant is terrible. We’ve had several bad experiences, but tonight was the final straw. They delivered us something completely incorrect, when we called to tell them it was wrong, they put the blame on us. We were told that we were irresponsible because we could take a tip from the driver, which is not what we wanted. The employees are clearly very unprofessional and do not care about those who order from them. We will absolutely never order form this specific Oapa...
