Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Zachary

I live in Baker and come to this location often (many times to get home and find out my order is incorrect), but I won't be back here after the way I was handled tonight. We came there & it was really busy. I've been here before when it was busy, so I know how the line can wrap around the building and people have to wait and leave space for for the drive through line. However, my boyfriend was driving, and he did not. There were two cars to the side, and he thought they were waiting on orders. We inadvertently skipped two cars because he drove around them. I would've gotten out and apologized, but I didn't have a mask in the car, so I just said I'd just pay for the orders for the cars behind us for my boyfriend's mistake. The lady behind us got very irate once we made it to the employee that was standing outside to place our order and demanded he call the manager and not take our order, which he did. The young manager proceeded to tell us to go to the back of the line. Very childish. I could see if we were being ignorant - we would've deserved that - but it was an honest mistake, and I explained that to the manager. Smh. Someone needs a lesson on...

I would give 0 stars if I could.. two young boys handed me my drink together as I was driving off I saw them give each other dabs and jumping up and down in excitement.... I had an eerie feeling so I checked my drink and sure enough there was spit at the top of it... I was so upset and there is no telling who else they have done that to. On my way home I stopped at a different canes and showed the manager there my drink and he apologized profusely and gave me a new one. He told me to call and speak to manager at the zachary location and when I did call the manager on duty which sounded like a young boy laughed at me and basically told me I was lying. Me and my boyfriend ordered a caniac combo for us to share with no Coleslaw, extra fries, and an extra canes sauce. I opened to the box to see no extra fries, no extra sauce, and a coleslaw staring at my face. Checked the receipt and noticed we were charged for extra fries, but we did not receive them. And we were also charged for a coleslaw that we didn’t want or ask for. In fact, we explicitly said NO coleslaw. It’s just very aggravating to pay that much money for a tiny bit of soggy, barely salted fries, not crispy chicken, coleslaw we said we did NOT want, and not enough food for me and my boyfriend to share.
