Please let me start by saying this is my first negative review. On Friday night I ordered a taco salad and lasagna with garlic bread. When it arrived (at 10:58pm) the taco salad didn't have any meat and the lasagna was cold. I called immediately (at 10:59pm) trying to get ahold of somebody before they closed at 11 but I didn't get no answer I kept calling until about quarter after 11 hoping somebody would pick up. I called the next day on Saturday at 11:15 right after they open spoke with the manager explain what happened in the night before and explainwd I had the receipts was told that I had to wait until the owner Cody came in before they could replace my food or give me credit back which he wouldn't be in until Monday or Tuesday. I called this morning Monday around 11 this morning spoke with Cody he said he speak to the manager that was on duty Friday night and call me back I never received a phone call back from Cody so I tried to call him back I'm about 4 hours later and was told he was on the phone I asked for a call back and never received one. I just now called back to that store and now I'm being told he will not be back in until Thursday morning so I will never order again from this place because for one that owner just brushed me off like I wasn't nobody after I order from them several times and gave good tips to the drivers. All I was asking was to have my food replaced.
The only thing that I can say is that the manager I spoke with on Saturday morning was very kind and wished she could have done something, but the store policy is that nothing gets replaced or refunded unless the owner says so. I have never complained to them and I am only visiting. I have never seen such horrible service.
I just want to warn people to be cautious on when you order and make sure your order is correct before the driver leaves. I have learned my lesson not to pay for food to be delivered before hand I will pay I would rather pay cash when they get here and said put it on a credit card and trust them that my food will be...
Read moreI have been ordering from Crenos for years from the Nashport and East side, today was my first from the south and my family and I will never order from there again! I was hung up on 4 times while trying to giving my order...yes 4 times!! Talked to two different female employees. One said my card was invalid twice while trying to pay the third time she said something I couldn't understand and hung up on me...so I called back AGAIN! And when explaining to to another girl what happened she put the manager on the phone and he was very unprofessional and stated to me that yes my card was charged for my order and very rudely reminded us that they close at 10pm and hung up on me without asking if I would like to tip the driver which I jeonerisly did. Read moreReally bad experience with this Crenos store. I called around 6pm and put a order in to be picked up at 8:40pm. The order was for 3 chicken bacon ranch subs (ranch on the side) WELL DONE like crispy WELL DONE. The subs that were picked up were not well done and we're barely warm. Let's just say it tasted like a 2 day old cut sandwich from the truck stop gas station. When I called in and asked for the manager I was put on the phone with Cody. I told him the complaints that I had about the subs and he told me that I was wrong and that my subs couldn't be underdone because the chicken is cooked for 4 minutes before it is put on the sub and it had to be done. So sitting in front of me is a NOT well done sub that is cold and has cardboard tomatoes on it but I'M WRONG? Funny thing is my sub was the most done out of the three and it was smushy.
