I waited several weeks for tv stand to come in to have delivery scheduled. Only to find out when delivered the wrong item was ordered. It was disappointing especially since I took off of work for delivery. I called Ashley Furniture, Zanesville and spoke to Nikki. Nikki was prompt with her communication and was able to resolve my issue. Nikki found item in stock in their warehouse. She had item assembled and delivered to me before days end. I would highly recommend Ashley Furniture in Zanesville and see Nikki or Lorrie for assistance.

Alexie and Nickie, how above and beyond you went for my boyfriend and I was not un-noticed. Thank you so much for helping us get our new bed and maybe my boyfriend won't be as cranky now that he has a new comfy mattress ♡

The overall experience was great. The salesman Nick Denbow was phenomenal!!!! He truly helped us with what we needed. He even went out of his way to make sure we got the dining set we wanted. The only downfall which wasn't his fault was one of the chairs was shattered before we opened the packaging. But overall great experience and we will be working...
