Absolutely horrible we ordered 2 general pizzas and 3 sides of banana peppers we specifically asked for the peppers to NOT to be in the box because we have a family member that is deathly allergic to any type of pepper. When I got in there I watched a female employee place the peppers in the box I said you will have to remake that please and immediately she gave me attitude asking me why and when I told her that the peppers could not be in the box she told me it was not a big deal when I said it could kill one of my family members she scoffed and then turned around and took the pizza back now I know that this was some overreacting on my end but I did not want to risk anything so I went outside and waited. When I went back in to get the pizzas and saw her again and she saw me she ran off and started screaming to someone in the background I left and got home we started eating and found a pepper right in the middle of it thank god the family member that is allergic was not the one that got the slice that had it but we called them and told them what was happening the manager on shift (this is at about 3:30-5:45 on June 11th 2025 ) who refused to give her name said that it was my families fault for ordering out and that if my family member has an allergy like that we shouldn’t order out at all now I’ve worked at pizza places before and I know accidents can happen but if you have a specific allergy especially if it’s deadly you should be much more cautious and another thing I’ve learned from working at pizza places before is that is not how you treat an angry costumer you are supposed to desculate the situation not scream back adding fuel to the fire. Read moreI usually don't have any problems with the Maysville Ave location. They have good subs and I've never been made to wait extraordinarily too long for my delivery. That being said, my recent experience with them has me considering ordering elsewhere from now on. I ordered a sub and a salad. 45 minutes after ordering and not receiving, I called the store to make sure they got the order since I ordered close to the online cut off time. (They dont take orders within one hour of closing time). I was polite and the young man I spoke to was polite as well. My order was already on it's way. When I received it however, I received my salad but my sub was incorrect. Upon closer examination, it wasn't my sub at all. It was for a different address. So I called the store to let them know the mistake. They said no problem, would make a new one right away and send it out. I asked if they could send some ranch with the sub, the guy puts me on hold, then a different, angry-sounding gentleman comes on and says "If you want ranch, you'll have to pay another delivery fee". lolwut?? YOU'RE ALREADY COMING TO MY HOUSE TO BRING ME THE CORRECT FOOD BECAUSE YOUR DRIVER MESSED UP! WHY DOES IT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE FOR HIM TO BRING A RANCH CUP WITH HIM?!?! Read moreEverything was horrible. The food at this store is normally amazing but the food today was very wrong and on top of that we specifically said no peppers because of my mother pepper allergy. We got there and they had put peppers in the box. They remade it for us and we appreciated it. We checked it but didn't notice there was still pepper on the pizza. We called in and the manger said it was my mother's fault for having a pepper allergy and that she shouldn't order out. She was yelling at my family telling them this. So I wasn't very polite when I got on the phone. I asked her what she would do if it was her family and she said it's not her family.
