Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Zanesville

Went for the yearly discount coupon sale. Window advertisement said "come 8am to 10am" I got there at 7:30 am and they were supposed to give out numbers.....they were out at 7am. Luckily I found someone who grabbed two. I was number 25. Well instead of calling numbers it was first come first serve. People cutting in line. People buying more than allowed. Waited 1.5 hours to be told they ran out. I went for a disabled senior who may not make it till next year. Basically there was ZERO communication to most customers, no plan, no execution. No line barriers. One 70 year old woman running the register. I felt bad for her honestly. Every sale she had to take the money and go into the office and get the coupons. It reminded me of an open air drug market on vice tv. Take your money to a hole in a door. Give the money, get your drugs. Lol. Other people came right at 8am as instructed the night before in the drive-thru and were also left with nothing but bad feelings and wasted time. Absolutely disgusted at my treatment as well as the actions of the public, pushing and shoving, acting like cavemen and generally being pond scum. Piss poor planning by management. Someone else needs to do...

So you know when fall time comes round I get very excited because of the life changing pumpkin pie blizzard and you know I get it very often while it is there I understand that when they go to stop selling it they you know you just observed it until they're out of stock however I've never in my life seen a Dairy Queen run out of something so quick in my life it wasn't even over yet like the season wasn't even over yet and then I'm just saying oh well we're not ordering anymore what would you mean because it hasn't even been Thanksgiving yet and you guys are trying to tell me that I can have a pumpkin pie blizzard and she's very rude about it acting as if I was trying to be you know a Karen win in a honesty I'm just in love with this item and would like to fully enjoy it's season of being here but no it has to be ruined by some 17 year old that doesn't really care about the true appreciation of the pumpkin pie lizard and I really didn't like her vibe also Dairy Queen get your crop together and please bring back the raspberry blizzard in the summertime or the triple barrier one the really good 1 you guys always take away the really good stuff and I can't respect you for...

I’ve never had an issue with this location until today. I was already having a rough day, but went through the drive-thru originally for a cone. I saw a new blizzard flavor and decided to get one in a small instead which was $4.29. I paid in exact change after counting it myself three times because of my anxiety, but was told I was 69¢ short. I thought they might have dropped coins or something and just wanted me to replace them so I handed them three quarters. I was handed back a $5 and some change. When I said I shouldn’t have gotten that much back, I found out they were charging me for someone else’s order that they should have voided, I was only given 70¢ back out of the 75 I gave as extra. When handed my blizzard the cup was so full and so melted it went all over my car door, my steering wheel, and myself. After I pulled away I started sobbing because that genuinely made my day worse. I went inside to ask for it to be remade and the other employees seemed surprised at how it looked. I wish I took a picture of how messy it actually was, I only got a picture of my door after.
