Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ohio

Went here tonight to get my family dinner. We usually eat her. At least 2-3 times a month. We have never had any problems . Tonight was a total different story. Pulled up to the drive thru. First thing, I was told was there no chicken for the new chicken tacos. No potaots, cinnamon buns, or chalupas. I said okay. I order one of the Doritos taco. 1 t aco supreme meal with 2 of th taco without cheese. A burrito supreme meal and it came with a taco supreme. 2 more taco supremes. Chicken chipotle melt. 2 drinks. I got to the first window to pay. The guy there was complaining about it had been there since 1/00pm and now it is 9:30 am. So I paid them went to the second window and the girl said are you the order that was messed up? I said no she read and seen what I order and said that why I got. So she closes the window. The manager hands me out a bag and 2 drinks . So I got home in my bag was a burrito supreme a chalupa supreme. That they told me they were out of . Lol. And 3 dortio tacos. So I called back. To tel them what I happened. Never said I am sorry or anything. Just wanted to know what I was missing so I told her a chicken chipotle melt 2 soft tacos with out cheese. 4 more regular taco supremes . She said you coming back after them tonight. I said yes I have ppl that want to eat. She said you ahve to come through the drive thru. So went back and after sitting in line for another 10 minutes for the second time got another bag of food and she did say she wa sorry this time and took my receipt . Well no wonder got all the way home only had a chicken melt and 4 soft taco supreme 2 with out cheese and 2 regular.. they were so messy and nasty made. And they didn’t even have any tomato’s on them. Which made my little one so mad. So after the second time my order was wrong again. Then she kept my receipt Lohengrin convenience so I had no proof I still didn’t get all my food. The food was terrible.. I could not even eat my Doritos taco. It was so soggy it was disgusting. Taco Bell south just lost our business. I know peolpe are having trouble getting ppl to work . But this has nothing To do with that this just plain laziness.. well hopefully they learn and step Up to. Give better...

I went to this establishment tonight to pick up dinner. I ordered the chicken taco deluxe box and specifically asked for NO LETTUCE. I pulled up to the drive through, paid, and when it came time to pick up my food, I was handed a small bag with the 6 Dorito loco tacos and was told that ALL of the food was in the bag including the deluxe box food. I get home (20 minutes away) and all that was in the bag was the 6 tacos. I called, talked to Rhonda and was told to come back with receipt. I did so and as soon as I pulled up to the speaker, it was radio silence and then “uh you can order whenever you are ready” in a snotty attitude. Told her the situation asked for no lettuce again, pulled up got my food and left. I get home and guess what, there’s lettuce. I’ve had weird food aversions since having Covid and lettuce tasting like dirt is one of them. Should I have checked my food both times, yes, lesson learned, however the lack of customer service and the blatant lack of interest in doing your job was highly evident tonight by everyone except the manager and the young gentleman who...

We get inside order our food on the kiosk. Takes a little bit to get it. Which isn’t a big deal. But the nuggets (new item) were cooked way to long they were hard. Couldn’t eat. And my chicken quesadilla wasn’t all the way done. On to the drinks. Go to the fountain machine and everything is nasty. Just comes out water. On to of that the store itself inside was disgusting. Everything was nasty. The floors were so sticky my shoes stuck to the floor. Good all over the floor chairs tables. The fountain machine was nasty hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. But the worst thing about the whole visit. Was hearing the employees back behind the counter talking about a customer who had called in to get something fixed or replaced that was messed up. Basically saying she’s wrong they are right they are not replacing whatever it was that needed replaced. Just talking rude. The employees were loud and obnoxious behind the counter. Seemed like they had plenty of time to talk and carrying on but couldn’t clean the restaurant up at all. Very...
