Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Zanesville

Horrible service. For the last half an hour I have been trying to call an place an order. It is now 11:49pm. They obviously keep the phone off the hook. I work 3rd shift and, much to my dismay, they are my only pizza option since they are open until 12am. For the last year and half their food has been mediocre at best. I've never received a single warm meal when I order. I get drivers get busy, but other pizza company's deliver food hot, so what's the excuse!? Also more times than not they miss hear names. The worst case scenario was when the person on the phones hears Vaugn out of Franklin!? Seriously your better off order one of the other 4 pizza options located on Maple. Thank you guys for nothing. Food was ok. But my family didn't want to try the pizza at first, . Because they didn't recognize what the sausage was because it was shaped kind of like worms on the pizza. Seriously. And had some chunks of gristly fat in it that was not chewable. Good thing we ordered extra cheese, that made it like a normal pizza . They had a 5 topping special. The crust was delicious. But I've had better with Dominos, & I've had worse. Can't get a home run Everytime, I guess. The employees were really polite and helpful. I feel like they were afraid of using cheese though. Usually love this place, last week I had a code for a free medium pizza emailed to me. I redeemed it, placed my order and got a call from the store shortly after confirming I wanted my pizza with no sauce. I waited 20 minutes after they said the delivery driver was on the way before I decided to just order papa johns since I never got the pizza.
