My stepmom bought me a Strawberry Pie from there on Friday, we was eating it and yes it was nasty the crust but my son mixed ice cream to cover up the taste! Me I kept picking it up eating a piece of crust after I ate mine ! Flour & salt was the taste. So I picked it up and it was gooey!!!!! Unbaked Pie Crust!!!! Grrrrr, after calling up there that evening, manager said come get another one! It was hard getting up cause my stomach is messed up! Today is Monday and I’m still messed up! Upon calling manger said come up get another pie! Took pictures and a sample! He looked and said awwwww my it is raw dough! I still got pictures! Next day went got another pie! Liver was overcooked and dry, mashed potatoes you can tell were premade and had been sitting on the steam table too long to the point they developed a hard outer film on them. Country fried steak came from a bag as well as you could taste the freezer burn in the meat even through all the canned gravy that it was smothered in. Service was sub par, had to ask for silverware, and drink refills even though it wasn't busy. Waitresses spend a lot of time talking to one another instead of delivering tip-worthy service. As I was paying the check however, the lady processing it was very kind and understanding when everything was explained, which is the only reason why I even considered the 1 star. Food (spaghetti) was some of the nastiest food I have tasted since I was in grade school. Noodles had been made entirety to long (was hard and rubber), garlic bread was nothing but toast and butter. Spaghetti sauce was made from a can and had no spices or flavor to it. Wasn't able to eat the nasty food and even after reports to the manager there was no comp for any of it. Wouldn't suggest it be gotten for a dinner, even my dog didnt want to eat it so that right there tells me that it was so nasty that even an animal wouldn't eat it. Very disappointed in TJ's restaurant and their performance. The way they handle food it's no wonder the rest of the chain has pretty much closed.
