Went through drive thru trying to order 2 meals for me and my daughter who just got out of the hospital. I asked for a 2 piece dinner with legs and named the 2 sides. He asked what kind of drink. I just wanted the box. He said it comes with a drink so I asked my daughter. I told him and he said pull to the next window. I told him I wasn’t finished and need to order another 2 piece. He said I asked if you needed anything and you didn’t answer. Pull forward and we will add it. I pulled forwarded and a different person said your total is so and so. I said I wasn’t finished I needed to order another 2 piece with 2 sides. They said you wanted 2 sides with the first. I repeated my order. They said the box doesn’t come with 2 sides it comes with one and a drink. What happened to where I can get a dinner with chicken and sides and no drink. What if I don’t want a watered down fountain drink? If I paying I should get what I wanted. They still charged me for extra sides and only gave me one drink and was very rude. I didn’t get to specify if I wanted original or extra crispy. Or all white or dark meat. They just gave me what they wanted or had. I’ll never be back and will let others know how rude they are. It was dinner time and the doors are usually locked and they are always trying to push you though the drive thru so that they can meet their time or something. Read moreI never leave bad reviews because I just don’t feel like it’s worth it but this time it was! I came to get dinner for my family at 9pm after work. As soon as I pull up to the intercom I was asked what I wanted and I asked for a moment, the person in the intercom proceeded to tell me his headset was on a timer and would shut off if I didn’t order soon. Didn’t make sense but I’ve never worked at taco bell before. I had to order for 3 of us but as soon as I finished saying the first order he gave me the total and I politely said I wasn’t finished. Someone else then jumped on the intercom and said to finish my order at the window with with an attitude but I needed the menu. Anyway I pulled up to the window explaining that I still needed the menu so I was directed to go back to the intercom. I finally finish ordering my food and paid, I then got directed to wait at mobile pick up for fries…. Read moreI have gave this location in Zebulon NC several opportunities to get things right! I am not sure why it is so hard to get an order correct let alone the customer service. Every single time I have placed the order at this location. It has been incorrect either a missing sauce or they stop cooking something at a certain time or the wrong drink. I mean delicious just goes on and on. I work in customer service. I am also in the people business so I tend to give people a little more leniency because people or people you never know what people are going through or what they have going on. But this location would be the very last resort. Just be prepared to have your order half right it will never will be 100% unless it is a basic order meaning not asking for any extras like sauce, condiments or even something as simple as utensils.
