We have been buying our bread from Zeeland Bakery for years now. It is so good, homemade and has no preservatives! The price of their bread and buns are right in line with what you would pay for good bread or buns from a regular grocer.

The doughnuts, cookies and other treats are the best you can get around!

We also have been buying our kids' birthday cakes from there since their first birthdays. We get three birthday cakes a year from Zeeland Bakery and they are always top notch and a very reasonable price for what they give you. We have always had some sort of theme for our kids birthday parties and the cake goes right along with that theme and Zeeland Bakery has been able to pull it off every time! Themes have ranged from princess to Bull Dozers zoo animals and even cowboys.

The appeal rating is a 1 for me simply because their store has no "appeal" buy todays standards. I am 110% fine with that however because I don't look for the most "appealing" place based on the looks of their store front or interior decorating. The reason a place like Zeeland Bakery is able to keep their quality products in a very reasonable cost is because they don't have overhead (i.e. a loan or mortgage on their building tables and chairs). I would give "5+STARS" to Zeeland Bakery!! I remember going there since I was a little girl with my mom and my grandma. I got my wedding cake there in 1970, and it was THE BEST CAKE in the world!! Their cake receipe is AWESOME!! -- and the icing?? Well, it doesn't get any better than Zeeland Bakerys'!! Their cakes are SUPERB and OUT OF THIS WORLD!! The BIG COOKIES that they decorate are AWESOME!! The donuts, sweet rolls, bread, rolls and EVERYTHING is "TOP - NOTCH"!! I ALWAYS get all my family's birthday and anniversary cakes there. I would NOT even consider getting them from anywhere else!! I've moved up north, but I STILL drive over 50 miles to get my grandkids' birthday cakes!!
