I would like to share a terrible customer experience due to a horrible Manger. I was there with my grand mother, mother and daughter going to eat after a movie. The waitress accidentally spilled two glass of ice cold water on my 80yr old grandmother. She rose immediately with expected shock and with a low voice and said "ahhhh f@#k. We try to dry her and clean the mess immediately and decided to leave. We didn't want to stay there with her wet. Through out this whole episode the waitress just keep saying I'm sorry instead of helping us. As we were ready to walk out I commented on the poor assistance and lack of compassion. The Manger was passing me at that moment and snap at me that she was going to comp, but that we decided to leave. But after dealing with the mess and waitress with no other assistance for over 12 minutes. How long did she expect us to wait before we saw a Manger or someone with authority there. We seat back down to deal with it when the manager commented that she heard us being rude to her waitress. Although we had every right to be rude and nasty we were not. We understood that it was not done intentionally and had no I'll feelings or intentions towards the waitress. But my mother stood up and told the manager she would not let that slide, and now demand that the Manger explain how we were being rude. The Manger refused to explain and just started to ignore us. Then after she gave us our food and we were leaving and started to get into our car when she the Manger opens the restaurant door and starts yell dont come back. Read moreI placed an order through slice tonight for my family for a large pizza, a large Greek salad with extra dressing, and an order of potato salad. I received the pizza, a small salad with no dressing, and no potato salad. I called the store, who told me yes it was a mistake and asked if I would like a refund or to have the food delivered. I explained that I did not want a refund, I was feeding 4 kids, and I needed the food as soon as possible, to which she said OK and hung up on me. An hour later, I called back to inquire about my food and was told by a different girl that they couldn't re-deliver. I explained what I was told before, to which she said she would find out who I talked to hold on...and hung up on me again. I called slice who informed me that they only issue refunds, which would've been very useful information 2hrs earlier. I once again called ABC pizza and asked to speak with a manager immediately. The girl mocked me, the manager laughed, made excuses for everything I explained to her and then frustrated asked me what I want her to do about it with excessive attitude. To the back of house, the food (when we receive it) is always phenomenal, which is why we have continued to tolerate this travesty of customer service for so long. Keep up the good work guys, it must not be easy to work for such a disaster...
Read moreI ordered a pizza on the phone. They said it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later. The young lady behind the counter said " it's coming out of the oven now" 5 minutes go by. Then she goes to check on the pizza. She says to the cook "where is that pizza?" He replies " what pizza?" They talk a few more seconds and then the young lady says to the cook. " I have to go make a sunday" and walks to the back. No o e says a word to me. After a couple. Minutes I get the attention of a waitress and ask about my pizza. The cook says " I'm putting in the oven now" the waitress says to me it will be about 10 minutes. No apology. Just walks away. I ask for a refund. The manager comes to the register never looks at me. Hands me a receipt and walks away. She didn't know why I wanted a refund . And apparently didn't care. If someone would have said I'm sorry we missed the order. It will be ready in just a few minutes. I would have no problem. However I am sick and tired of poor customer service. I've have been enjoying ABC pizza in Zephyrhills for 23 years since I moved here. Today was my last visit....
