Went Ash Wed and waited 30 mins before checking on to go order and the girl said coming right up - 15 mins later a waiter came in from walking around outside with an order on a tray and said he was looking around and couldn't find #13 I said I'm 13 and my order was not for here it was to go- they were going to pack up the food that had been outside and all around the dining (so it would be cold and who knows what landed on it while outside) I said no I wanted it re-done - 30 mins later we got our to go order low and behold missing both sides, I was already home, so I called and was told it was my fault we waited so long for the food because I wanted it re-done..and they were very busy..well that is not my problem and then the manager started screaming at me and hung up - I called back 3 times and she kept hanging up on me. Being the manager, she was just walking around with a phone, and nothing else, why wasn't she helping if they were so busy..again not the customers problem.. mean while as we were sitting there, 1 person was putting the trays and bags together, food sat on the top shelf and no heat lamps 25 mins before being doled out (so cold food all around) and she wore gloves, talked/handled a phone with the same gloves on and continued to touch the food. Poorly run, poorly managed. And called corp and they said the owners would contact me .. still waiting and it 3/3 - ash wed was 2-22 - don't bother calling. I will never go there again and I will not recommed that location ever. The nasty manager is Tegan Russo. Owners Nate &...
Read moreHusband and I went into Culver's for the first time last week and ordered food To-Go. My Husband ordered a Bacon Double Cheeseburger; minus the tomato, lettuce and onion. Girl at the register decided to change it out to a Double Cheeseburger because she said it "Made more sense" since it comes with the meat and cheese only. But by doing that, we were charged $2 for the Bacon that already comes on the Bacon Double Cheeseburger that he originally ordered. When we finally got our food, we loaded up to leave and decided to check it real quick to make sure it was correct. Good thing we did, as they shorted us on an order of loaded fries. My husband ordered the pretzel bites as his side, which were there, but the fries I ordered were not. Go back in, show the register girl my receipt and my bag, and she has a look. She then tells the kitchen, who comes up and has a look in the bag. Still no fries in there..... Then a manager comes out. Has a look at the receipt, and proceeds to open the 3 boxes that were in the bag; A Bacon Cheeseburger that's now $2 more expensive than it should have been, an order of pretzel bites and a Pot Roast Burger (that ended up being very dry). It took about 15 minutes, but I was finally given the fries I had paid for. The food wasn't that great, especially for the price, and the service was far worse. We won't be going back for food in the future, although their milkshakes are On Point! That was the highlight of our Culver's experience. The...
Read moreHow about we wait till it opens before we give it a 5 star review, I mean I'm happy it's going in too , but they don't rate 5 stars for construction.
Update is now open and has been packed ever since. Ate inside nice bistro look modern and clean. Had Pretzel bacon burger meal and was pretty good, burger cooked well done didn't ask for Medium wanted to see how it came, not sure if can get medium. Fries were standard frozen crinkle cut generic and large seemed small, nothing like 5 Guys. Wife had a Mushroom burger and loved it. Two meal deals $17 meh 5 Guys would have been $22 . Had dinner plate on menu 2 piece fish and fries $12.99 WHAT? OK looks yummy but it's not Bone fish grill or Outback. So reality check. Finished with a chocolate shake it was yummy creamy and smooth $5.59. Looks like a well rounded menu and will return to try more of it.
Update 2: Been back a third time and the wife loves it, found that if you order a meal it comes with medium fries, up to large and yes plenty to spare. Had the pot roast sandwich and tasted like real home made pot roast minus the gravy, but great for a sandwich. Very nice addition to the area.
Update 3: 9/4/21 Now can Compare to 5 guy's and I do like Culver's burgers better, they do have in my humble opinion a better tasting burger. However 5 Guys still have the best fries around. The Lemon icy is mind blowing amazing, if you get nothing else get one of them, Wow. You wont be...
