Hole In One Donuts — Restaurant in Zephyrhills

I was in there recently and was sitting next to a woman that had ordered a custard filled donut. She took a few bites before getting to the middle and it was creme filled. I noticed she looked disappointed and asked her what was wrong. She just said oh they gave me the wrong donut. I will still eat it but will let them know before I leave just so they don't do that to others. When she went to the front and just let them know I was shocked by how she was treated. The young woman said " We didn't mess up we gave you custard". The woman showed her the creme on the tray and said this is white custard is yellow. Then the employee says " Well I am not giving you another donut if that's what you think". Then the woman was.still very nice and said " Did I ask you for one"? I just thought you would like to know so that it doesn't happen to someone else. Then she asked to speak to the mgr or owner and the young woman said I am the owner. Well not the owner but the owner's daughter. She also went over and got two donuts and smashed them open for no reason in front of the customer and showed that one was creme and one custard. The customer said see how this one is white. Look what was on my tray it is white. So the daughter ruined two donuts for no reason just to try and embarrass the woman. I almost went up and said something and still might call. It has really bothered me that the owner's daughter would treat her parent's clientele the way she did. She should have more respect for her parent's business than that and she could have given the woman credit for another donut another day instead of wasting two of them for no reason. This place is a delightful ma and pa doughnut shop that has quickly become my go-to spot for a sweet treat and a refreshing pick-me-up. (I think it was an old gas station at one point) The prices are fantastic, making it an affordable indulgence whether you're grabbing a quick bite on the way to work or treating the whole family on the weekend.

Their iced coffee is nothing short of spectacular. Perfectly balanced and always brewed to perfection, it provides just the right amount of kick to start your day or rejuvenate your afternoon. I recommend raspberry flavor! The real star of the show, in my opinion, is their lemon doughnut. I’ve scoured countless bakeries in search of a lemon doughnut that hits the mark, and I’m thrilled to have finally found it here. It's zesty, sweet, and light, with just the right amount of tanginess that keeps you coming back for more.

Its not just about the food and drinks…it's about the experience. The lady at the counter is always friendly and made me feel like part of the family, remembering my name and others favorite orders. Their commitment to quality and customer service is evident in every delicious bite and every perfect sip.

the taste of the food however…hence why it’s cheap. the bagel tastes like a THOMAS BAGEL BOUGHT from WALMART. i didn’t eat the bagel, i threw it out. Now, i tried a normal donut and it kinda tasted funky…you know when you make homemade desserts at home and they always taste a lil different. this is it exactly but not in a good way. i really wish we can get our money back because we got 2 breakfast specials and we only drank our drinks, we got food elsewhere. the people are really nice but it’s PACKAGED EGGS PRE COOKED BACON THOMAS BAGELS CHEAP CHEESE

im from new york, i know you’re reading this now rolling your eyes but i like thomas bagels, idc i will eat anything. im not picky like how the new yorkers are down here. if its a decent or ok bagel i’d eat it and rate this place just fine and wouldn’t say anything bad but im serious, i never had to throw food out before from places i went to and trust me i tried some really disgusting food.
