This is the worst experience I have ever had in your store the person was very rude and refused to give me my order and the other three ladies that were waiting to pick up their online order that was ready around the same time as mine. We all walked in there and were not acknowledged about us being there or our orders. He just walks over to us after I walked in there after a few minutes and just asks who had an online order(which we all did) and then said “don’t know how long it’ll be we are short staffed” then mumbled something else and walked away. Left us there waiting and wondering if our orders were even ready or not and then came and said check your emails and cancel the order. I checked out as a guest and wanted to come back in the store to ask how I can cancel bcuz my email only said our pizza is ready. But once all of us left the lobby he locked the lobby door and wasn’t answering calls after this so now I’m going thru corporate after Monday to cancel my order somehow then. Worst customer service. I wish I got his name but he was very tall and was wearing all black with his hat backwards. Worst part was when he was having an exchange with the woman in front of me. She pointed out what he didn’t do but answered her with “but I did say that first” when there were numerous people to testify to her being right. He was immature about it and very disrespectful to her. She was mad as like we all were for the terrible customer service and she told him to f* off as she was walking out and then he was bold enough to say a nasty comment about her mother after she left the store before me. Oh but he said the delivery guy only has to wait 10 mins for his order 😂 what a joke of customer service. Read moreI loved Little Cesar’s as a kid. Sadly, this experience changed my mind. I attempted to order online only to receive an error message to call the store. When I attempt to call the store, I am told they are not accepting phone or online orders and to try back later. Ok, not a problem. So I head to the store to order.
When I arrive I am third in line and we all wait at least 5 minutes for someone to come upfront to take our order. I order 10 minutes after I arrive and am told 10-15 minutes for my order. Keep in mind the first guy hadn’t received his order yet. While I wait for my order, I hear the manager complaining about people not showing up on time to pick up their orders. People arrive to get their food out of the prepaid bins, but those aren’t working. It is another 15 minutes before someone comes back upfront to help the new customers either order or pick up their food.
I finally receive my food 50 minutes after I order, an hour after I arrive. The pizzas had been sitting based on the condition of the boxes. The crazy bead had no toppings - it was just cooked dough.
While I know the manager tried his best and his staff was young and inexperienced, it was a disappointing experience. I truly felt bad for the lady that showed up to interview and waited well over half an hour before she was even acknowledged. I hope they can get some training and improve...
Read moreUpdate. This place got worse if that’s possible. We got desperate and ordered a pizza and the app said it was in the portal. So we went and the guy inside had locked the door, closed the drive thru and wouldn’t let us get our pizzas. He signed to us that they closed, but our pizzas were sitting in the portal! He said he canceled our orders and to leave. So we called the corporate office, they tried to call the guy, he didn’t answer (of course). So we called corporate back and they put us on hold and never picked the phone back up. We held for almost 30 minutes and no one picked back up. This company is terrible. We eventually got our money back because the guy cancelled our order but it was so frustrating to see our pizzas ALREADY MADE AND IN THE PORTAL and not be able to walk in, get them, and leave. Horrible!!!

The drive thru has never worked for us because no one ever comes to take our order, and when we go into the store we never get helped within 15 minutes.
