Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Zion

Don't get it delivered. Ordered at 12:15 for a 1:30 delivery. Pizzas didn't leave the store until 1:39. By 1:45 I called to see what was going on. Excuse was they only had one driver. I called back at 2:30 and canceled the Pizzas. 2:31 the driver showed up. He had a "U" in the window and passengers in the vehicle. An hour to wait for a pizza when I only live two blocks away (less than 60 seconds). It appears that Uber passengers are more important than pizza customers. Domino's, you just lost a customer. 👎

10/08/2019: in the earlier review, I forgot to mention that I live 0.3 mile away from the store. That's approximately less than 2 minutes away (according to Google Maps).

Saw an article today on CNN Business. (Domino's is losing the pizza wars on Wall Street). The following statement was made: "The company may also be falling behind in the far food delivery wars too". They continued with "Domino's continues to rely on its own drivers to get orders to people's homes."

This is why they permanently lost me as a customer....

Pizza was fine BUT ALL GOOD COUPONS ARE GONE! BACON IS EXTRA SURCHARGE, CHICKEN IS EXTRA SURCHARGE, AND PHILADELPHIA STEAK IS AN EXTRA SURCHARGE. I pickup in person and can never get the 3.00 pickup from previous orders to work. And MY PIE REWARDS DONT SEEM TO WORK ON ANYTHING OVER 20.00 DOLLARS. I use to collect t 10 points for every 10.00 dollars I paid now if I order 23.00 or so dollars I only earn 10 points. DOMINOS IS A A GOOD VALUE FOR THE COUPONS IF YOU PLAY THE COUPONS THE RIGHT WAY. BUT SINCE COVID DOMINOS IS NOT LIVING UP TO WHAT THEY...

Horrible employees answering the phone. Total rudeness. Was told I had to buy a certain number of pizzas when that was not the special. I asked to speak to a manager and got hung up on for no reason. I was forced to walk in the store with my 3 year old sick child because he wanted pizza. Once I arrived the manager informed me I was correct. Now I’m sitting here wasting my time when I could of had my ordered delivered by the wonderful services of Malik which I highly recommend as a delivery driver...
