Dunkin' — Restaurant in Zion

I've been to this place three times in the last three weeks. I have yet to get what I wanted to get because of something that was on the menu that they were out of or because they gave me items I didn't order. Good luck getting what you want if you go here. This is the only Dunkin Donuts that is close to the hospital I've had appointments at so I'll keep trying.

One week later. Just to update the first review. I visited this place again. I ordered and got a donut and OJ. They actually had both items and got the order right. Fortunately I always remember to ask for napkins at this place because there weren't any in the bag. Not even a wax paper wrap for the donut. I hope whoever filled the order was at least wearing gloves. Four cars ahead of me in the drive thru and it was a 15 minute wait. Luckily I had an hour between doctor appointments so I wasn't in a hurry. We'll see what happens next week. I added one star because they got the order right and the donut was still a Dunkin donut...

3/9 @10:32. I ordered a cold brew with cold foam less ice, toasted Avocado. But I didn’t get what I paid for. The lady was combative and no customer service experience. I was waiting for my drink, and she was like anything else. I showed her my receipt and asked nicely. I ordered a cold foam, and she put whipped cream not much of what was left of the can. She explains, “the only difference is the cold foam” from what she initially gave me. I kindly said. “Usually, the drinks at the other Dunkin donuts don't look like this.” The “toasted avocado” wasn't toasted. I get it, I work in high-end restaurants, and it's busy, but you have to give the customer what they paid for. Never coming back again, and they don't even deserve a star. The cold brew tasted like burnt coffee and little to no foam....

Been here before and had regular service, nothing spectacular, but just right now, my lady and I were waiting behind a car who's order took forever for the clerk to receive, and when we got to the window to order, was told to wait a few moments, they finally take our order and tell us to pull ahead, get to the window to pay, and the guy leans out to ask if we had two coffees, we said yes, he leaves, and then comes back with, "was there anything else you ordered?" So, at this point it was clear they had not taken our order and in no way was prepping our sandwiches or bagel bites that we also ordered. And we left with no service and no food or coffee and instead visited a local coffee house for the first time. You may have lost our business and we are new...
