I would give a 0 start if I can!
I ordered 1 big Mac meal 6 spicy tenders 1Qtr Cheese meal 2 Mcchickens
Oh surprise when I got home one of the burgers and the tenders were missing and I had to drive another 10 minutes back. This is not the first time that this happens. When I went back to store, I asked to speak with the manager, but she was ignoring and laughing with other coworkers and yelled at someone to "bring the chicken that the lady was back". Uhm what a great sample to lead. This young lady then proceeded to ask me what kind of sauce I wanted in the tenders because they've have already trowed my tenders away, I again asked her to speak with the manager which she stated she was coming but she was just standing back there hiding. Finally she Decided to come back and handed me a small back with ONLY the tenders but no burger. I only asked ONE questions and it was corporation number and she flipped and started yelling at me for no reason. I very politely ask her to stop yelling at me and she raised even more her voice stating that she needed to explain herself which she was making no sense. I tried to tell her that this is not the first time this happen to me that last time I got a happy meal for my little 2 year old and all it was in the box was a 4 piece chicken nuggets and a toy. Then she reply raising her hands and walking away that she didn't want to hear it and closed the window. First of all, if you are "the manager" you are supposed to lead by example, you as a manager need to make sure that the customer gets whatever they are paying for, you as a manager need to make sure to make your customers happy so your bussiness can succes. You are not suppose to yell at your customers and make them feel uncomfortable. Please make sure you choose the right people to lead and manage your restaurants because if you see your reviews I'm not the only one. When I asked for my refund they only refunded me the tenders, when I asked why another lady stated that everything else was on my bag trying to blame me and making me look like a liar. I told her that I was missing the tenders and a burger and she only refunded me another $4. What a disappointment, I wasn't asking for anything free i was aling for whatever I paid like I said, this is not the first time and they always tried to wash their hands and blame it on the "new employees" . They need to take responsibility accept their mistakes. They need to learn how to deal with customer and if they can't they are not supposed to be leading another people because they'll be training your employees to yell and disrespect your customers which I truly believe it's bad bucause not only that restaurant gets bad reputation but your whole corporate. I as a customer ask for respect and politeness since I'm spending my hard working money on your bussiness and it's really frustrating to be dealing with this kind of people, please keep your frustration away from your customers.

Read more2025 re-review down below. How many people are not receiving what they paid for at the two Zion McDonalds locations? I feel like it’s being done on purpose. This time they give me 4 chicken nuggets instead of chicken strips. 4 chicken nuggets to do not equal a $10 chicken strip meal. I will do what I should have did a long time ago and just never go back to any McDonald’s location since this keeps frustrating me so much. I would have gave zero stars.
I came in todo a new review on this location. I ordered two double hamburgers, chicken nuggets, a basket of fries, one donut, and one large lemonade. Kiosks are never worked on or fixed so of course I had to wait at the register for the shift manager/ QC person to check me out. I love kiosks because you don’t have to deal with the staff and their attitude or negative vibe. The man checked me out, and then immediately gave me the wrong size lemonade, which I took back to the counter and waited for him to remake. I waited the normal amount of time for the order and proceeded to open each sandwich to make sure it was made correctly because this location can’t handle that sometimes. Sandwiches were all made right this time, but he forgot the donut and barbecue and ketchup that I all ordered. I went back to the counter again to have him look at my receipt again to provide me with what I ordered. Why do I have to double and triple check that you are giving me what I paid for. I don’t like asking you to give me what I ordered as much as you don’t like me asking you to give me what I ordered. I’ve had 7 issues with this McDonald’s since last year. Ordering through the drive through is incredibly annoying when you have to repeat yourself or deal with some passive aggressive lady who doesn’t care to be there. I once ordered a big breakfast with steak and hotcakes only to get home and see the it was just hotcakes and eggs and they “didn’t hear” the order that I repeated twice to them. A lot of unlocked in people at this location, except the one guy with glasses and the mustache who is incredibly polite and efficient in his work. That one particular man is the only person at this location I don’t double check the bag with. If you order a lot of food from this location, get your receipt, check your bag, because they aren’t checking it at all. Store is usually...
Read moreI don't want to think about what is in their fries, but I'm sure, whatever it is, will be the one thing that has me coming back (and I know I'm not the only one to say this.)
So Mc Donald's has been adding touch screen kiosks where you can place your order, and then get table service. I don't know how new this is, but it's a cool concept in my opinion. It let's you customize your order without feeling like you are confusing or bothering the cashier or holding up the line (as many people seemed put off by using the new system when I was there.) You pay at the kiosk, unless you are using cash, then take your receipt and a number and go to a table. Someone will being you cups, and bring you food when you are ready.
This system worked really well at this system. This is very crucial when it comes to my review of this location, as I previously tried this system at another location, waited 20 minutes, then went to the counter asking for food and no one knew anything about my order. I had a hungry child crying, I was upset, and the only person who cared was a lady cleaning tables (bless that woman.)
These guys nailed almost nailed it. I had two different employees check on us shortly after sitting down, and I only had to remind them that I needed cups after the food was brought to our table.
I will not sit here and tell you that this location is perfect and doesn't make mistakes, BUT anytime I've needed something fixed (and it's always been something simple) it's always been addressed without having someone get sassy with me, which I appreciate immensely.
If you need your fry fix, I would recommend this particular set of golden...
