It is new and it is good! This is a small very well done boutique hotel and restaurant: smart and casual. The menu is limited but interesting and extremely well put together and prepared. The dining space shows the owners' interest in design and art and this follows through to the food and it's presentation and, thank goodness, taste.
It's menu is a small step away from the standard Uruguayan meat main menu and is perfect for lunch especially. There is a beautiful outdoor garden in summer as well.
Prices are moderate in line with the quality and ingredients. Deserts are interesting as is the drinks and wine list.

Mark and his wife were hands on from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, welcoming and wonderful hosts!
The building itself was beautiful! The room was spacious, bright and comfortable. The room/bathroom was very clean and new but still had charm.
