Bar Arocena is a good place to sit outside and watch the people in Carrasco go by; or, alternatively, to sit inside and watch fútbol. Chivitos are a good choice if you're hungry - some say the best in MVD, although I think there are better to be had. Drink selection is heavily weighted towards whisky, but they have a decent selection of other spirits and beer. Would not suggest wine!

Here you can find all sort of crowd... Tourists, The ones they never leave, the ones that are starving at 3am, the ones they need just a place to feel like Carrasco is still the same as 40 years ago.
