Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante esplorando Google Maps e, nonostante alcune recensioni da una stella che ci sono sembrate più frutto di invidia che di esperienza reale, abbiamo trovato un luogo autentico dove la cucina uzbeka si fonde con influenze azere e centroasiatiche. Dopo un mese di permanenza a Samarcanda, posso dire con convinzione che non solo ci tornerò, ma lo ritengo il miglior ristorante per qualità delle pietanze e cura nei dettagli. Non offre una vista panoramica, è vero, ma compensa pienamente con un arredamento raffinato e un ambiente accogliente. Chi scrive è italiano, e sappiamo quanto teniamo alla cultura del cibo: qui ho percepito attenzione, gusto e un forte senso di pulizia e rispetto per gli standard igienici. Un’esperienza che merita, sinceramente, ben più di una stella.
