Humo restaurant — Restaurant in Tashkent

This was so incredibly bad that we could hardly believe what was happening. The place tries to pose as a fine dining restaurant but is anything but. Tacky interiors, inedible, tasteless food made with ingredients not matching the menu description, drenched in oil and mayonnaise, drinks arrived halfway through the meal, all tasting wrong, one had to be sent back as it was undrinkable, staff completely stressed out and visibly confused despite the place being empty, and behaving in ways we found unusual and intrusive, the list goes on. We were given a free plate of mediocre sushi as an apology, which was a nice gesture, but does not compensate for what we experienced, especially that our bill for 3 persons, 1 drink each, came up to over 2000000 soums (over 170€). Went with a sis and a friend. Lots of disappointments... 1 coctail was done completely wrong, sent it back and got a beer, aperol spritz tasted something else. Service was intrusive, incompetent. The food was tasteless, greasy. The rice with shrimps was supposed to be with the black rice, instead got some sort of uncle Ben's, udon was not udon. In general food lacked flavor and taste.
