We are coming to Tashkent for the second time, and finding a decent hotel before and after the trip is truly challenging. However, after staying at this hotel, we won't go through such research again. We found the perfect place to stay here. The hotel is genuinely central, with many places of interest nearby that will introduce you to Uzbek culture. Almost all central and entertainment locations are within walking distance. The hotel is very new, and the rooms are spotless. All the staff members are genuinely attentive, and we didn't feel like guests but rather like staying in our own home. They assisted us at any hour with smiles on their faces, leaving us impressed. The hotel owner is more like someone who thinks of you as a friend, utilizing every possible resource for your comfort. There is a family atmosphere inside, allowing us to get to know and love Uzbek culture and its people more. We never felt like guests. We used the hotel facilities at any time we wanted. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was always very clean. The hotel had a pleasant fragrance, and refreshing with constantly fresh-scented towels was delightful. We truly rested well. They always help you like friends. It will be very enjoyable to find and come to our home here. I thank the management, kitchen staff, and cleaning staff separately. It's a great fortune for the hotel owner to work with such people. We were genuinely sad to leave. Knowing that Javahir, Bahram, Shoqluk, and Ulugbey are there and seeing you again when we return is wonderful. Thank you for all your help, your smiles, and your friendship. Usually i dont write longs feedback texts, but i was touched when the staff went out of their way to arrange a transfer for me, even though it wasn’t usually available at that hour.
