A Disappointing Dining Experience at sazanchik because of Tatyana manager

I dined last night at sazanchik on my first evening in Uzbekistan, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant is conveniently located near my hotel (River Inn), so I was curious and eager to try a variety of dishes, including meat, soup,cheburak ..and finally, the sazan fish.

While the food was generally good, my experience was soured by the unacceptable service I received. After noticing something wrong with the sazan fish, I politely mentioned it to Tatyana , asking if there might be an issue. To my surprise, Tatyana immediately became defensive and accused me of making multiple complaints in the past. This was not only untrue—it was my very first time in both the restaurant and Uzbekistan—but the Manger continued to insist on her point in a rude and dismissive manner.

This interaction was not only unprofessional but completely ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable evening. A restaurant's atmosphere is just as important as the quality of its food, and unfortunately, Tatanya failed to deliver on this front.

I would not recommend this restaurant, especially if you're looking for a welcoming and respectful...

We had a dinner with friends here at Sazanchik Premium. We were inside where they have music so it was no convenient for us to talk. Anyway, the 2options of drought beer they have is terrible it’s Kibray and Sarbast. So, we switched to vodka. The fish and other meals were excellent. We really enjoyed our meals and the evening. The total amount we paid is 38USD per pax of 4pax. I was here last year, we sat outside and had beer. It was a great dinner as I remember. Anyway, good place, good meals, terrible...

We asked to sit down next to the water at 17:00, but they refused as it was reserved for 18:30 by someone else, and we were about to finish before this time, but still they refused.
