Avant Hotel — Hotel in Tashkent

We had the worst hotel experience of our lives. We weren't informed enough about the fire that broke out today, and we left the room as soon as we noticed the smoke. Worse still, the crisis management was disgraceful. We were told to pack our things and find a hotel. Since we only had one day and had already wasted enough time, we went to the nearest hotel they "recommended." We ended up paying more than we had to for a hotel that was filthy and poorly maintained. The problem here wasn't the money we paid, but their attitude. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they weren't working today, and I asked for a phone call, but no one helped for two hours. When we went to the second hotel in the evening to collect our payment, they were rude and inconsiderate, telling us they would only refund the amount we paid for the hotel that had the fire. We were disgraced, not only for our only day in Tashkent, but also for our transfer to our early flight the next morning, and for the worse and dirtier hotel...

The hotel service is very bad we asked them for the tissue twice and they didn’t confirm us that they don’t have tissues in hotel, we asked the reception to book the train tickets for us and they said yes but after 4 hours I went to ask them about the confirmation of the tickets and they said they didn’t booked yet !! The reception guy was so rude and mannerless no proper communication and miss guiding and scammer he was charging us double for everything but the other guy name asadbek was kind and helpful really appreciate asadbek because he really understands what customers want .. apart of this the hotel was really very neat and clean reasonable price and comfortable and it’s in center so you can just go out by walk and...

I checked in from Jan. 21-25, 2025 and as solo traveler I highly recommend this Hotel for a lot of reasons. First, is the safety then accessibility and the politeness of the all the staff esp the Receptionists, very attentive. The breakfast is good with lots of options. The room is clean and huge for a single occupant like me. It has a heated floor so it's very comfy esp winter season. The bathroom is huge and with bidet. The place is a walking distance to Magic City, Seoul Mun shopping center and various restautants/ small grocery store. You can use a Yandex App for booking a Taxi that would take 10-15min only to Amir Temur Square and 7 min to the nearest branch of the famous Besh Qozon if you wanna try their version...
