Soy Restaurant — Restaurant in Tashkent

I had a very disappointing experience at Restaurant Soy. Despite asking to place my order four times, I was made to wait 30 minutes before anyone took my order. The lack of attention from the staff was frustrating and made me feel ignored. When they finally took my order, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management. The long wait and poor customer service overshadowed any potential enjoyment of the meal. This place has a nice atmosphere and the service is fairly good. Though the food didn't all come out at the same time, which does ruin the service a bit. Otherwise the food is good, but I wouldn't really recommend the salads, the ceaser was too wet and the Greek salad was nothing special. The main meals are fairly good and the prices are fair, in the middle between cheap and expensive. Their juice was very nice, but something you could find anywhere else. When we asked waiter what is available from menu he said everything🤣🤣. When we start ordering he said sorry we don’t have as it’s finished at least 7-8 item from menu was unavailable. Service was very bad as staff looked very unhappy didn’t really care what customer was asking. Ones upon a time this place used to be the one of the best place to have lunch or dinner. We won’t comeback to this place anymore and we don’t recommend to family friends quality gone...
