Reikartz Sote Ташкент — Hotel in Tashkent

I turned up at the 4* Reikartz Sote hotel only to be told that they did not have a room for me due to 'technical issues' but they had booked me into another hotel. That other hotel was about 5km and nowhere near a metro station. It was 3. I said no so they booked me in to an alternative - also 3 (Reikartz Xon) and about 20 mins walk from the metro. It was far from the part of the city that I needed to be in. That hotel was also not good - a budget hotel with air conditioning that rattled 24/7. Breakfast was lousy and when I stood up to get food the staff cleared my table of the tea pot / unused cup / tea bags that I'd placed there literally seconds before. There were only four other people in the room so they must be easily confused or not paying attention. Even though breakfast was scheduled until 10am there was very little left at 9am. At night I could also hear guests in other rooms talking while in my room so noise was sn issue.At the Reikartz Sote I was told that they would refund me and I needed to go through the agent which I did. Trip.com did not secure me a refund.So it was all very unsatisfactory. I would not recommend booking at the Reikartz Sote if you don't want to arrives thousands of miles from home and find they will not honour your booking and put you in a lower class hotel. My experience at Reikartz Xon also suggested that Reikartz hotels are poor quality and have poor service. It also seems that Reikartz are dishonest in not honouring the refund they said that I could have.Overall I was hugely dissatisfied and also dissatisfied with the way Trip.com...

Средне) т.к. это сетевой отель, то ожидали лучшего, ожидания не оправдались: При заселении нас попросили заплатить на 500 тыс сумм больше, чем было по брони. Хорошо, что мы подготовились заранее и сказали, что кажется цифра не та. Пересчитали и назвали верную. Но согласитесь это странно.... а если бы мы не пересчитали изначально, а сразу бы заплатили... неприятно Все пишут про большие комнаты, уж не знаем, но у нас комната обычная, не большая. Неудобно, что сразу как открываешь дверь стоит кровать, т.е. в одежде ты упираешься в кровать, нет никакого коридорчика( В комнате на 2х всего 1 стул. Когда приходите с улицы, то можно сесть всего 1 человеку, т.к. в одежде на кровать садиться не очень правильно, это очень неудобно. При заселении в комнате было +35!!! Мы конечно понимаем, что это Ташкент и январь, но +35!!! Пришлось выключать все климат контроли и открывать окна, сутки остывала комната. В ванне пол с подогревом и он не выключается, поэтому там жара +40 и невозможно это изменить. Запах в ванне присутствует канализации. Уборка: убирают в комнате около 5 часов вечера, это очень неудобно. Полотенца меняли каждый день. В остальном уборка жадная, если остался гель на донышке в тюбике, новый не дают. Есть набор с ватными палочками, так вот, если в наборе хотя бы шапочка одна, остального нет, то новый не положат. Чай не всегда докладывали. Минибар при заселении не имел почти ничего из списка, пришлось идти на ресепшн и говорить про это, т.к. было отмечено, что все в наличии. При заселении в номере стояла открытая бутылка воды б/у Завтраки скудные. Всего было как-то мало. Можно заказать кашу, но сне она была жидкая очень, не смогла есть. На столе яйца глазунья (я не ем ее), один раз был омлет (ура). Кофе в первый день не работал, потом я наливала латте и мне не хватило стакана (сотрудник сказал, что надо брать другой, т.к. латте больше капучино. Это как я должна была догадаться, если выставлены стаканы одинакового размера!? И где брать стакан другого размера?!)))) Сюр. В последний день на запеканке обнаружена плесень... Ребята на ресепшн не все здороваются, некоторые сидят внизу и головы...
