It is one of those places that want to be over average but don’t succeed. First of all, the prices are quite high compared to similar places in the city. Milk coffee for 45k is more than double than in other cafes and meals not under 80k (price higher than the menus on Google). The high prices are not justified at all since the food is only average (it is nicely placed but the taste is not better than in other places) and because it is a self-service-place. You have to clean your table though you pay double the price compared to other places? It is a bit funny that we had to take the drinks and food from the counter although there were no other customers waiting for their orders and the counter was just 1 meter away. The waiting time is too much, we waited 30 min and were the only customers waiting for the food (what if there are more customers?). Other recent reviews also point out the long waiting time so it seems to be a general problem. The place felt overall very cold and not inviting, mainly because of the self-service. The food is really delicious and the price is very reasonable. Although the service must be improved. We wanted to sit outside on the second floor, but the waiter didn’t let us saying it was raining earlier that day. We went up to see the second floor and it was actually fine, but they had put away the tables and chairs. We also had a ban bao (a local type of bun) that we got from a street vendor right in front of the restaurant. We asked the waiter to cut it in half for us and she asked if it was vegetarian and we had no idea, so she refused which I was absolutely ok with but then I asked for the knife to do it myself and she refused to give it to me as well which I found extremely odd. The restaurant is self-service, with diners ordering at the counter and collecting their food from the kitchen when it is ready. The time it takes for food to be prepared could be improved, as even with only 6 diners and 2 delivery drivers, customers still had to wait a long time for their food. I placed my order at 12:42 PM but my food did not come out until 01:17 PM, and my Hong Kong Style Rice (VND 80.000) was not even hot when it was served.

The restaurant's music playlist also does not fit the atmosphere at all. Instead of gentle instrumental music, the restaurant plays covered pop songs.
