Azure Beach Lounge Pullman Danang — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

Shoddy, inattentive disaster of an evening. I booked a table for 4 via the web booking system and we were all early arrivals and sat down to enjoy a pre-dinner drink before ordering. This was fine. The restaurant manager who spoke good English then took our order of rib eye steak, rack of lamb and 2 seared scallops. She explained clearly that perhaps some extra vegetables should be ordered for the scallops and so a mixed salad was also ordered. When the food arrived the service was confused and disorderly. The ladies were not served first and only one scallop dish was laid and the salad placed in front of the 4th guest. I immediately reminded them that 2 scallop dishes were ordered and then panic ensued as it dawned that they'd only cooked one. I had to get up at least twice and emphasise how unacceptable the service was and ask where the missing meal was. Three guests had almost finished their course before a barely cooked 2nd dish of scallops appeared just at the end. The manager came over and apologised but gave no impression of sincerity, merely blaming the chef. I suggested the forgotten dish be removed from the bill and this was flatly refused instantly. A few minutes later a plate of unordered cut fruit was placed on the table by way of apology. What should have been a relaxed evening with friends turned into a disaster entirely at the restaurant's fault and the lack of attempt to accept responsibility and make proper amends only added insult to injury. I was looking forward to having a pleasant evening by SUNDAY BBQ with my friends who came to Danang to meet me in two years.

When I went to the AZURE restaurant, staff asked me I had booked.. and I saw my table on the reservation list was fixed. Despite booking 4 days in advance, the staff provided dark corner seat. We felt hotter as soon as we sat down and asked for a change of seat, but did not allow it because it was a reserved seat. (But the place I asked for was empty until the end of the meal)

The restaurant was getting hot&humidity. As soon as we complained to the staff, all kinds of complaints began to appear at the tables around us.

It was like a disaster movie!!!!!

The staff only brought one big fan and could not accommodate all guests.

Complaints were even more intense..

After another guest told to bring the manager, the manager came to us. the restaurant manager apologized, but not all guests enjoyed their meals.

After the manager had gone, there were three fans, but they had to struggle to connect them. When one worked, the other two went out. Continue to repeat...

Is the restaurant at Pullman Resort ever operating this way everyday?

If not ready to operation, should not welcome guests. The restaurant, which is managed by Accor rather than the domestic company in Vietnam, did not even imagine that it would operate at such a low level.

🌊Ấn tượng, thú vị và độc đáo hẳn là những gì mà mình đã được trải nghiệm tại Azure Beach Lounge, những món ăn Tây Âu, được mix thêm 1 tí gia vị địa phương đầy sáng tạo.

🌊Azure Beach Lounge là 1 nhà hàng nằm bên trong Pullman Danang Beach Resort, nên về các dịch vụ, không gian đều phải khen là chu đáo, chỉn chu đầy chuyên nghiệp, nên phải nói là đảm bảo mọi trải nghiệm thưởng thức tại đây đều quá xứng đáng.

🌊Một số món mình đã thưởng thức, như : 💦Tôm Mini ( Prawn Mini - 180 ) với phần tôm đất được chiên giòn cũng 1 lớp bột mỏng nhẹ. Dậy mùi thơm đặc trưng của tôm, Tôm cũng được chiên vàng đều, vỏ ngoài giòn tan. 💦Xa-lát Ức Gà xoài kiểu nhiệt đới ( Tropical Chicken Mango Salad - 285 ) sốt trộn kiểu chua chua ngọt ngọt thú vị, phần ức gà thái hơi to. Bên trong có các loại hạt mix, tạo độ giòn thơm lạ miệng hơn khi ăn. 💦Pizza Đại Dương ( Taste of The Sea - 280 ) từ nhân, sốt và cả đế bánh pizza đều được Bếp làm thủ công hoàn toàn, và nướng trong lò củi, nên khi mang ra đã nghe 1 mùi thơm hấp dẫn. Với mình thì đế bành hơi dày, nhưng được cái xốp, thơm kg gây ngán. 💦Mỳ Ý Tôm Hùm & Cua ( Lobster & Crab Fettuccine - 885 ) Sốt của phần mỳ ý này phải khen là quá đậm đà, đặc trưng, cả mỳ ý cũng tự làm nên có độ dai vừa phải. Tôm hùm thì thì được chia làm 1/2, thịt cua cũng đc tách sẵn ăn khá tiện. 💦Sườn heo BBQ ( BBQ Pork Ribs - 495 ) Món này với mình thì quá ổn, với gia vị ướp sườn không chỉ thấm, mà có những mùi thơm thú vị từ các nguyên liệu. Thịt mềm thấm tháp. 💦Bạch tuột nướng ( Grilled Octopus - 485 ) được decor khá bắt mắt, hấp dẫn. Bạch tuột to giòn sần sật, với mình thì món này đẹp mắt chứ kg để lại nhiều ấn tượng. 💦Kem Sundae nhiệt đới ( Exotic Bliss - 195 ) chắc chắn là kem tươi được làm từ trái cây thật, vì độ chua rất rõ, ít ngọt, Kem chanh dây mix với cả xoài có tí ngọt thanh của xoài chín. 💦Panna Cotta Xoài Hạt Báng ( Sago Mango Panna Cotta - 175 ) như sự hoà trộn giữa Âu Á khá thú vị, khi kết hợp panna cotta bùi béo thơm vị xoài, và bột báng đặc trưng của Việt Nam tạo nên 1 món ăn ngon miệng.

💦Mình cũng khá ấn tượng với phong cách menu của Azure, khi được lấy cảm hứng từ màu sắc của trời - biển và cát, cũng như cách sắp xếp các thự tự món cũng rất dễ xem.

💦Không gian nhà hàng Azure mang 1 màu xanh ngọc tươi mát, phong cách tropical phóng khoáng, tươi mới những cũng rất sang trọng, phù hợp cho những cuộc gặp quan trọng, hoặc cũng là bữa tối thân mật. #Trungbuii #danangfood ...
