The food is terrible. Water down juice, luke warm coffee. Soup for the Phǒ taste like water, and no bean sprouts in the soup, this is the first.
Non of the food have been top up since they open from 0630, you can see the bottom of the bowl.
It's the different condensed milk they used for Vietnamese iced coffee. It's not milky enough. When I try to mix it the similar color, it became way too sweet.
After all these unacceptable food, got my self a pot of hot tea to wash down the unpleasant feeling, the water is between room temperature and luke warm. Maybe is cause by the power outage while I was there.
