We were guests in the Pullman hotel and everything, but mostly the Epice Restaurant, was amazing! We went there every day for breakfast 🥞 and dinner 🥘. The food is terrible. Water down juice, luke warm coffee. Soup for the Phǒ taste like water, and no bean sprouts in the soup, this is the first.

Non of the food have been top up since they open from 0630, you can see the bottom of the bowl.

It's the different condensed milk they used for Vietnamese iced coffee. It's not milky enough. When I try to mix it the similar color, it became way too sweet.

After all these unacceptable food, got my self a pot of hot tea to wash down the unpleasant feeling, the water is between room temperature and luke warm. Maybe is cause by the power outage while I was there.

The fish was fried well and tasty, came out quickly. On the other hand, I ordered lobster that was really, really not tasty, tasteless, like eating a tire. In addition, it arrived after a long time. I also ordered green vegetables and rice that were tasteless. In conclusion: there is no seasoning for tasteless food and they don't know how to make lobster. I spoke to the manager, although he listened to me, he really didn't think of compensating me or canceling the dish. I recommend not going to eat there. I paid a very expensive $190 for the meal for a tasteless meal. I ask the restaurant for an apology and a full refund for the entire meal.
