Food was great and the service superb. Between two people for dinner, we ordered/shared two cocktails, two pastas, two dishes, and two desserts for an estimated total of ~$100 (most of the expense was due to the wagyu tenderloin). We sat there for a little over two hours, which likely lasted longer than the usual due to the conversations between us. At this time of year, the restaurant was quiet and hardly had any people. The servers were attentive and were fluent in at least English and Vietnamese. There was also a pianist playing live at the time, which added to the classy ambience. I would suggest sitting further away from the piano, since it is pretty loud. I highly recommend the squid ink pasta. It was our first dish and my favorite one. If you're looking for Italian food in Da Nang, then yeah this is a good place. And also affordable compared to restaurants of similar quality in the U.S.

The Best Anniversary Ever! We were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary and looking for a restaurant in Da Nang with the perfect ambiance—and we’re so glad we found this gem! What initially caught our eye was the decorations packages and we decided to give it a try. To our delight, the experience exceeded all expectations and gave us memories we'll cherish for a lifetime. From the beautifully decorated dining space to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, everything was simply perfect. A special shoutout to Chau, who was incredibly sweet, professional, and attentive. Her thoughtful service made us feel truly special and added a personal touch to our celebration. The ambiance was dreamy, and the food lived up to every bit of our expectations. Thank you for making our anniversary so unforgettable

This restaurant runied our dinner The decoration look higher than avr They arrange the staff in good order to welcome and arrange table BUT on that day, they have no sense of music combined with dining. The violonist was suck not good at all, speaker was so noisy that I even could not hear what my partner or waitress said. One of them in order to let my partner hear clearly she needed to loose the distance, made it head next to head (like in the bar, talking to the ears, for you to easily imagine) !!!!!!???? My partner felt supprised and tried to keep distance but she kept getting closer to his face 😂 It did not end there. The way they serve was so funny. We went there 2ppl. They served 1 dish for one person and took 5 mins to serve the same dish to the another 😅 OMG. I meant, my partner's dish served when the sauce on my dish was showing frozen oil. How funny and unbelievable!!!! We need to call, to wave several times to catch waitress because the music was too loud. And when we got one came to us, she showed that okay I got it, wait, and turned her back immediately before we could say a word. We were like urggghhh waittttt.... I mean, if you thought they would serve in the right style of Italian restaurant then you would definitely feel this restaurant is a disaster. If you do not expect much and feel ok to combine the way local restaurant server with italian food then maybe you guys will not feel the way we felt. The very first time we left at the middle of dining. So terrible and never come back

Let me start by saying this is not a post to criticise the front of house staff, they were lovely and trying their best. This restaurant is a hot mess. There was no atmosphere and they really needed to invest in some dimmers. I felt like I was in a hospital. The food was atrocious. The only way to fix this is a complete overhaul. New chef and re-do the menu. The food was warm to cold, obviously having being pre-prepared in the morning and waiting to be ordered and eaten by unsuspecting guests. The wedges were cold, watery and dreadful. I’m pretty sure my 7 year old nephew could cook these better. The wagyu steak was cooked at the table by the waitress and we got to choose a steak knife from a box. Before trying these theatrics and special touches, nail the food. They certainly didn’t do this. The steak fell flat along with every other cold dish. The vegetable dish came with jamon which was grey. It looked like it was rotting and the vegetables had been steamed sometime in the last century. The towelettes in the toilet were ripped and stained yellow. I would suggest a new chef and new menu.

The breakfast buffet at the restaurant of Bistecca is truly impressive. The variety in the menu was satisfying, offering everything from traditional Vietnamese dishes like pho and banh mi to Western options like pastries, salads, and made-to-order omelets. The food was always fresh and beautifully presented. The staff were also very attentive and friendly, ensuring that the tables were kept clean and the food was replenished continuously. The restaurant space was spacious and airy, creating a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. This is definitely a big plus when staying at the hotel.

Spacious, well-decored, high-class restaurant well-suited for romantic and special occasions. The restaurant features balcony seating with a sunset view and quiet ambiance. A pianist induces a romantic atmosphere. We would go again because of the atmosphere. The waitresses are polite and well-mannered. Food is served on-time. Toilets are clean with towels provided. The food is executed consistently and well-presented, but could have more flavour. Portion sizes tend towards the smaller side. We had a mocktail which we found very refreshing.
