This restaurant runied our dinner
The decoration look higher than avr They arrange the staff in good order to welcome and arrange table BUT on that day, they have no sense of music combined with dining.
The violonist was suck not good at all, speaker was so noisy that I even could not hear what my partner or waitress said.
One of them in order to let my partner hear clearly she needed to loose the distance, made it head next to head (like in the bar, talking to the ears, for you to easily imagine) !!!!!!???? My partner felt supprised and tried to keep distance but she kept getting closer to his face 😂
It did not end there. The way they serve was so funny. We went there 2ppl. They served 1 dish for one person and took 5 mins to serve the same dish to the another 😅 OMG. I meant, my partner's dish served when the sauce on my dish was showing frozen oil. How funny and unbelievable!!!!
We need to call, to wave several times to catch waitress because the music was too loud. And when we got one came to us, she showed that okay I got it, wait, and turned her back immediately before we could say a word. We were like urggghhh waittttt....
I mean, if you thought they would serve in the right style of Italian restaurant then you would definitely feel this restaurant is a disaster. If you do not expect much and feel ok to combine the way local restaurant server with italian food then maybe you guys will not feel the way we felt.

Read moreNice location and beautiful ambience. A pity that when we arrived there was nobody at the reception to welcome us. The waitress who served us has been standing next to us the whole time while we were choosing what to order (something I really hate)..the same thing happened during the meal..I understand the effort to offer an attentive service..but it’s been quite annoying.
I asked if it was possible to replace the fish/chicken in the set menu with the pork dish from a La carte menu (of course I offered to pay more for it) and it was a negative answer.
Out of 9 dishes, only the scallop carpaccio and the pork were worthy.
Dishes were beautiful looking..but Fish, pork and beef all had the same sauces..this shows that they want to be a “fancy” place but without the commitment to do research on both food and service.
It looks more like a “wannabe” fancy place..such a big disappointment as we have planned to come here and try the food for more than 2 weeks.
Another thing I can’t understand is why I have received three different bills and in the end the total I had to pay was written by pen on one...

This restaurant is a hot mess. There was no atmosphere and they really needed to invest in some dimmers. I felt like I was in a hospital.
The food was atrocious. The only way to fix this is a complete overhaul. New chef and re-do the menu. The food was warm to cold, obviously having being pre-prepared in the morning and waiting to be ordered and eaten by unsuspecting guests.
The wedges were cold, watery and dreadful. I’m pretty sure my 7 year old nephew could cook these better.
The wagyu steak was cooked at the table by the waitress and we got to choose a steak knife from a box. Before trying these theatrics and special touches, nail the food. They certainly didn’t do this. The steak fell flat along with every other cold dish.
The vegetable dish came with jamon which was grey. It looked like it was rotting and the vegetables had been steamed sometime in the last century.
The towelettes in the toilet were ripped and stained yellow.
I would suggest a new chef...
