They have sales in the morning, late afternoon, and evening (buy 1 get 1 at 1600-1800). This is the first of four Bon Pas in the city - the main bakery that supply the others. Lots of declicious photo opportunities.
Interior = large and bright space, mostly tables for two (round and square), varied seats, some power outages, separated seating/pastry areas, good lighting.
Location = relatively central, west of river, not far from Han bridge.
Air / sound = quiet in day time, loud in morning and late in the day (because of sales).
Staff = active, professional, helpful.
As workspace = good in day time, lots of seats, bright.

When we got there we managed to slip into the final available table. Food was good and so were the drinks. We didn’t find it expensive at all.
