Ordering a drink and requesting less ice, resulted in half a cup of drink with the ice at the top of the drink level. After asking why my large drink order as half a cup, i was told it was because i asked for less ice.
Ok...all thats fine,
Now you add the missing ice to the drink and you have a cup of drink that still sits half way and the top is full of ice (its called a filler).
When i complained, i had the lady store manager argue and argue.... and after a few minutes of being insulted in vietnamese and english, i left. It was nothing to do with the money... it was all to do with being skimped upon by the drink philosophy that this chain instructs its people to do, the attitude of the manager and the poor resolution skills the manager had.
After all, a lot of people were watching... right there at the check in counter area!!
