Amazing experience at Highlands Coffee! The crew, especially Zo Ram Tuyet truly stood out — she radiates such positive energy and offers the best hospitality I’ve come across. Her warm and cheerful attitude made my visit extra special. She even suggested to try few items on the menu which did not disappoint us.

Having tried coffee at many international chains like Costa and Starbucks, I can confidently say I’ve never met such a genuinely positive and passionate crew. And to top it off, the coffee at Highlands Coffee is simply amazing — rich, flavorful, and perfectly brewed.
