The restaurant location is absolutely great, especially to watch the dragon on the bridge spit fire and water, however, the service was TERRIBLE. There were servers but it looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. There are not enough menus available; not even ONE per table, so you have to wait for one to become available and when it does, you have waiters come to your table every two seconds to ask if you are ready to order or done with the menu. Since you are not ready, they stand right there, on your shoulder, waiting for your order or for you to free the menu. It is not only pathetic but nerve wracking! I only ordered my appetizer as I did not appreciate the pressure to rush for my main course choice. Then, the food comes when it comes! Not at the same time. So you either eat alone or eat the food cold if you wait for the rest of the food to arrive. They also took one of our dishes away before it was finished in the rush-rush the waiters displayed, but then, we had to ask twice for the table to be cleared after we were actually finished eating. The whole thing was very strange. To add to the bad experience, all the dirty dishes are collected on trays that are left on the floor, right at the front of the restaurant where you can see them, while you eat. It was a bit off putting. The service and the cleanliness has to be improved. More menus are necessary and it would help if the English description were more detailed to help with the communication given the language barriers.
The place and the location are brilliant. The service and quality not so much. Let’s hope these improve to make this a prime place to enjoy the view but also the food and...
Read moreVisited this restaurant on my husband birthday, and have not good impression ( unfortunately all that was good is view on the river and decorations. Before making the order we asked if we could pay with Apple Pay, they say “yes”. After, they said “sorry, the machine is faulty” , then asked to wait 5min they would find another one, finally the admin came and said us to pay with cash (they really didn’t want to accept cards, that was a trick to stay us in their restaurant). We ordered BBQ mix, French fries and 2 beers. BBQ was not fresh from the grill, it seemed to be cooked and after some time heat and all, the meat quality was not good, more bones then meat, and it costs 415000vnd (it is not small amount). When we came, they put the water to us and didn’t say it was not for free (notice that we didn’t ask about water), but when we received the bill, water cost 25000vnd, also tissue cost 10000vnd per 1 pcs🤯tissue!!!! Water that server just brought without our ask!!!! It should be free as in other normal client oriented restaurants. Since it was my husband’s birthday, I didn’t want a scandal, but other time I would complain. The location is good, but the food and service is awful. I think there are more restaurants with better...
Read moreWe went to the view to see the dragon bridge. The view is absolutely breathtaking taking. However, the service and food is sub par.
When the hostess took us to our seat, I noticed the workers were cleaning up after a previous party. The patrons left a huge mess. There were beer cans all over the floor. That’s when I knew the types of people the establishment attracts.
We ordered scallops and fried squid. The waitress served our food and did not bring utensils. We had to ask for it. The food was not tasty. The scallops had this odd sauce on it and the fried squid came with a side of purple mayo.
When it came time to pay the bill, I made the mistake of bringing ing out cash and I saw the waitress face light up. Then my friend says she wants to use her card. The waitress looked disappointed. She goes downstairs and returns and says the card machine is out of power. We knew the waitress was being dishonest. We tell her we don’t have enough cash. A few moments later she returns with a card machine is that fully charged.
When it came time to leave, it looked like a death trap. There were fog machines ( not sure of the purpose of it ) and it obstructed our view. We had to slowly walk downstairs. We...
