At Pho 29 Vietnamese Pho Noodle, the communication might be limited due to the staff’s English comprehension, but ordering and paying are easy and straightforward, so there’s no real hassle in that regard.

I ordered four dishes, but unfortunately, they didn’t quite meet my expectations. The food lacked flavor and could have used more spices or salt to enhance the taste. While I managed to finish all the dishes, it was difficult to get a sense of what the chefs were trying to express through their cooking. The flavors just didn’t come through for me.

The food also arrived a little late. When the first dish came, the waitress seemed unsure of where to place it, though I have to give her credit for remembering all the orders without writing them down. That said, she struggled with recalling where the dishes should go, which led to a bit of confusion. To add to this, the drinks (which were just Larue beers) arrived after the food, which seemed a bit out of sync.

In terms of organization, there’s room for improvement. I’d recommend splitting tables so customers don’t have to share with strangers, and bills should be given after the last dish to make payment easier downstairs.

Base on too many positive reviews on Pho 29, this afternoon I decided to go there to have a try, I ordered a bowl of fatty brisket noodle, what they brought me was a bowls so called fatty briskets noodle which the soup was not hot enough to to heat up the sprout, what they called fatty brisket were only 4 pieces approximately 1mm thick. 1cm x 2cm nearly 70 percent were fat briskets.
