Location: Located only a few minutes walk from the Dragon bridge.
Service: The gentleman who served me was friendly, but needs a lot of training!! I asked for no salt in my curry, but there was a lot of salt I asked for my Vindaloo to be extra spicy, but there was no spice whatsoever A couple arrived after me, but he served their drinks before me. Rating: 1/5
Atmosphere: Lovely modern design Good lighting Very comfortable chairs No Music or Bollywood Videos Rating: 3/5
My Order:
1 x Chicken Vindaloo (Spicy, as Vindaloo should be) Price: 145K Feedback: It was Chicken on the bone and not breast. Unfortunately there was more bone and gristle than meat. It wasn’t spicy as requested & had too much salt. The portion size was very small Not worth 145K (Very Disappointing) Rating: 1/5
1 x Garlic Naan with Chilli: Feedback: The naan was cooked well, but it was a little too oily for me Like the Vindaloo, there was no chilli Very good portion size, which made up for the lack of curry. Price: 45K Rating: 2/5
1 x Tiger Beer: Price: 35K No cold Tiger Rating: 0/5
2 x Huda Beer Served Cold Price: 30K Rating: 5/5

Ambience: Place was a bit modern and neat. Interiors on minimalistic side but still nice and clean.
The food: We ordered chicken tikka masala, chole bhature, Fish tikka, various breads (butter naan, garlic naan, Tandoori roti, plain naan), and Gulab jamun for dessert. Fish tikka was the best amongst all. Fish was juicy but coherent, right amount of masala but a bit extra salt. Chicken tikka masala seemed like cooked i stock gravy and was nowhere as it should have been but it was still palatable. Chole bhature were OK although original version always has black chole but their version was again cooked in stock gravy. They didn't serve achar or onion and lemon with chole bhature which marred the experience a bit. All breads were fine. Gulab jamun as dessert wasn't good at all. I was expecting some degree of authenticity. Even a std Haldiram tinned Gulab jamun will taste great when heated but theirs were more 'Gits' style.
Price: Lunch for 3 costed 755K Dong (~38 SGD) which isn't too pricey.
Overall not very authentic Indian food but taste wise not bad either. OK for the price but could have been...
Read moreWe ate here 3 nights in a row. Me mostly vegetarian options, my husband dishes that contained chicken...the food was absolutely delicious!!! The fresh naan, the best we've ever had. They adapted the spiciness to our taste, a couple of evenings we had spicier dishes, another evening i asked for less spicy, but my food was still very flavourful and tasty.
The waiting staff are always smiling, in a hurry to serve you and apologetic if service takes longer than expected. The 2 ladies who speak better English are brilliant! We very much noticed this every evening, as the restaurant is quite popular and it gets quite busy. These ladies were always very professional, calm and friendly, despite some customers being very demanding, at times rude and causing a huge commotion when they arrived in big groups, impatient, always asking for various things left and right, no please and not a thank you!
I gave 3 stars for the atmosphere, but this is only due to some noisy and impolite customers, nothing to do with the restaurant,...
