Poor Service, Incorrect Order and Unpleasant Experiences ☹️👎

The food was served incorrectly: I ordered fried chicken wings, but I didn’t think I received the correct dish. I even asked the waiter before I started eating, and they said it was what I had ordered, but I wasn’t sure. Then, when the bill came, it showed that I had ordered fried feet (in Vietnamese), which was unacceptable.

I was really upset but tried to stay calm. I later found out that the English menu was incorrect and the waiter didn’t understand English, so I received the wrong food. I had even pointed to the picture of fried chicken wings on the menu when i was ordering the food.

The waiter couldn’t recommend anything. They didn’t even know when I pointed to the pictures on the menu and asked what a particular dish was.

The owner, who could speak English, didn’t help at all. However, when white foreigners came in, she spent about 10 minutes recommending dishes to them. That made me feel like I was being discriminated against.

The main reason I chose this restaurant was because I had read reviews that mentioned it had Thai seafood sauce. However, when I asked for the sauce, the first waiter told me that the menu wasn't suitable for that sauce. When I asked again, they told me they didn’t have Thai seafood sauce that day, which was really disappointing.

However the food was average and fresh, and the price was not expensive. I think it is good for Vietnamese people or travelers who understood Vietnamese...

We had seafood here for dinner. It was quite good. We had clams, spider crab legs (which were tiny) and grilled oysters. Overall it was good but not the best seafood in Danang. Service was alright. Young waiters were a bit clumsy. The table next to us with 4 ladies was extremely loud. I believe one of them was the owner lady. They were drinking beer and screaming...it was a bit uncomfortable for us as only 3-4 tables were occupied. Prices are fair.

All in all, it's a nice place for Nhậu but less for a comfortable dinner. The seafood was delicious though. It's close to the Dragon...

ร้านนี้บรรยากาศดี นั่งสบายๆ คนไม่แน่นเท่าไรค่ะ เหมาะมานั่งกินเบียร์แกล้มซีฟู๊ดมากๆ คนเวียดนามมาทานเยอะกว่าต่างชาติ ได้อารมณ์โลคอลแต่ก็สะอาดดีค่ะ อาหารสดมากๆๆ ไปเลือกได้ที่บ่อเลย ที่เด็ดสุดๆคือ น้ำจิ้มซีฟู๊ดของที่ร้าน เผ็ดแซ่บถูกปากคนไทยมากๆค่ะ (ซึ่งร้านซีฟู๊ดร้านอื่นๆจะเป็นน้ำจิ้มแบบโชยุใส่พริก) แล้วเจ้าของร้านผู้หญิงอัธยาศัยดีมากๆ แนะนำอาหารเป็นภาษาไทยได้นิดหน่อยพอได้หัวเราะกันค่ะ อาหารราคาก็ไม่แรงด้วยค่ะ สั่งเป็น300กรัม ครึ่งkg 1kg หรือเป็นตัวๆเลย ได้หมดเลยค่ะ พี่เค้าจะปรามถ้าเราสั่งเยอะ บอกค่อยๆสั่งนะเดี๋ยวกินไม่หมด ยังไม่อิ่มค่อยสั่งต่อก็ได้ น่ารักค่ะ

ที่อยากให้ปรับปรุงหน่อยคือ 1.อาหารออกช้าไปหน่อย 2.น่าจะเขียนราคาแปะไว้ที่บ่อเลยค่ะว่าแต่ละอย่างราคาต่อKgเท่าไรบ้าง เพราะในเมนูมีบอกราคาไม่ครบ คือตอนสั่งน้องพนักงานจะบอกนะคะว่าอันนี้kgเท่าไร แต่ถ้าคนเวียดนามเองหรือแม้แต่คนไทยเองบางคนไม่เก่งภาษาอังกฤษ จะทำให้สื่อสารไม่เข้าใจกันค่ะ (เราไปกินที่ร้าน Be ni2มาก่อน ร้านนั้นเขียนไว้ชัดเจน เลยเลือกและสั่งอาหารได้สนุกกว่าค่ะ)

เราชอบร้านนี้มากกว่าไปกินที่Night marketซึ่งส่วนใหญ่ซีฟู๊ดจะตายแล้วค่ะ ตรงนั้นปริมาณเยอะแล้วราคาถูกก็จริงแต่เราไม่รู้ว่าสดขนาดไหน...
