Every morning, as I set out on my walk through Da Nang, I pass a modest little restaurant, always teeming with locals. There is something reassuring—almost poetic—about the sight. It suggests a kind of quiet, democratic verdict on quality, one based not on marketing or prestige but on the simple, communal appreciation of what is good.

Forewarned by a passing remark online that the best dishes can run out early, I arrived at 10:30 a.m., a time when the city, though already bathed in sunlight, still clings to the unhurried rhythms of the morning. The place was hushed, almost meditative. The chicken was gone, but no matter—I asked for whatever was available. What arrived was a bowl of noodles featuring pork, shrimp, and quail eggs, a composition of such satisfying depth that I found myself, almost involuntarily, reaching for a spoon to ensure no trace of broth remained. The shrimp, fresh and plump, imparted to the liquid a richness that made each sip feel like a small act of reverence.

As I left, I resolved to return earlier next time, not simply to secure a different dish, but to partake once more in this quiet ritual of excellence. When I pass by in the early hours, the long communal tables are already brimming with diners, heads bowed in quiet concentration over their bowls, as if engaged in a form of culinary prayer. There is something deeply moving about this scene—proof that, in a world where a dollar buys little, it can still, in rare and fortunate places, buy something exquisite.

Every day on my morning walk in Da Nang I walk by this little restaurant and it is full of locals. I did read in a post that you should arrive early because they do run out of items on the menu. It was 10:30 am when I arrived and it was very quiet at that time. They were out of the chicken at that time so I told them give me what you have. It was the first item of pork, shrimp and quail eggs. This is a bowl that I pulled out a spoon to finish every drop it is so good. Good quality shrimp helped give the broth a very good flavor and I was very happy with what I got. Next time I will take the advice of others and arrive early to try a few more items on the menu. They have tables that are very long with many places for seating and when I walk by in the early morning they are filled up with locals. I paid like $1 US for this bowl of noodles which is amazing. You can hardly buy anything for $1 in America any longer let alone a meal. Well worth the stop just make sure it is early in the day. Update: I came by earlier this morning at around 8:30 and got the chicken noodles and was not disappointed. This is hands down one of the best noodle...

この辺りの観光客向けプライスの店にうんざりしたら是非この店へ。 安いし、美味しい、WiFiもある（まあベトナムはどこでもWiFiあるけど）

ミークアン25000ドンを頼みましたが、めっちゃ美味しい！量は少なめだけど朝ごはんならこれくらいでむしろ良い

コーヒーさえあったら喫茶店代わりにも使いたかったんですけどね

ガーデン風の食堂でなんとなく居心地が良くていい感じです無料の蓮茶も付きます

If you're tired of the tourist-priced shops around here, definitely come to this shop. It's cheap, delicious, and has WiFi (well, there's WiFi everywhere in Vietnam)

And when it's not crowded, it feels like you can relax. (There was no coffee. Only today? Always?)

I ordered Mi Quang for 25,000 dong and it was really delicious! The amount is small, but for breakfast, this amount is actually good.

I would have liked to use it instead of a coffee shop if they had coffee.

The garden-style dining room has a cozy and nice feel.Free lotus tea is also included.

이 근처의 관광객용 프라이스의 가게에 지쳐 있으면 꼭 이 가게에. 싸고 맛있는 WiFi도 있다 (뭐 베트남은 어디서나 WiFi가 있지만)

그리고 혼잡하지 않을 때라면 천천히 할 것 같은 분위기입니다. (커피는 없었습니다. 오늘만? 항상?)

미쿤 25000동을 부탁했지만 엄청 맛있다! 금액은 적지만 아침 식사는 이 정도로 오히려 좋다.

커피 만 있으면 커피 숍 대신 사용하고 싶었습니다.

Nếu bạn đã chán những cửa hàng giá du lịch quanh đây thì nhất định phải đến quán này. Rẻ, ngon và có WiFi (à, có WiFi ở khắp mọi nơi ở Việt Nam)

Và khi không đông đúc, bạn có cảm giác như có thể thư giãn. (Không có cà phê. Chỉ hôm nay thôi à? Luôn luôn?)

Tôi gọi món mì Quảng với giá 25.000 đồng và nó thực sự rất ngon! Số lượng tuy nhỏ nhưng đối với bữa sáng, số tiền này thực sự rất tốt.

Tôi muốn sử dụng nó thay vì quán cà phê nếu họ có cà phê.
