Absolutely perfect for a long-term stay, felt like home from day one!||I stayed at Altara Suites Da Nang for 3 months, and I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place. If you’re looking for a luxurious long-term apartment, this is the one. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach, but it also offers everything you need to feel at home and more.||The apartment itself is beautifully maintained. Everything was spotless thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team who cleaned thoroughly, did the dishes, changed towels daily, and even restocked toilet paper and drinking water every single day. It was incredibly convenient having a washing machine and dryer right in the unit which essential for long stays.||The staff is what truly makes Altara special. From the moment I arrived, Hung welcomed me with his warm smile, helped with check-in and check-out, and was always ready with helpful tips about Da Nang or to assist with my drivers. Phat at the front desk is a true gem – fluent in English, incredibly helpful, and just a joy to chat with. He even helped me make a phone call in Vietnamese to a local shop. I really felt cared for here.||Breakfast was another highlight – served with a gorgeous city and ocean view. There’s something for everyone: fresh fruit, the best Pho in Da Nang, eggs made to order (the poached eggs were my go-to), pastries, salads, juices, and more. A special thank you to Ms. Chin, who treated me like I was staying in a five-star hotel. She made sure every morning started perfectly, even preparing a special veggie salad just for me every day.||The rooftop pool is perfect for relaxing or getting some work done on your laptop while enjoying the spectacular views. The gym is hands down one of the best I’ve seen in Da Nang, modern equipment, great air conditioning, very clean, and again, a beautiful city view. Even the sauna has a view!||Another major plus: perfect sleep every night. It was always quiet, with no street or event noise disturbing the peace.||Lastly, booking directly through their website was a breeze thanks to Ms. Thi Tai, who was in charge of the reservation. She replied quickly, communicated professionally in perfect English, and was super solution oriented. My stay at Altara Suites, a service apartment located in Da Nang, right on the beach front. My overall experience was a mix of positive and negative aspects, so let me break it down.

Firstly, the location of Altara Suites is simply amazing. It's just a 5-minute walk to My Khe beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Da Nang. The rooftop swimming pool, gym, and sauna are also located on the rooftop, providing panoramic views of the Danang beach. It was an absolute delight to spend time there, watching the sunset while swimming in the pool or relaxing in the sauna. The hotel is also situated in a great location, making it easy to access the city central districts.

The apartment itself was very clean, and I was impressed by the level of hygiene and cleanliness maintained by the staff. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, induction cooktop, and kettle. The bathroom had a bathtub, and there was also a washing and drying machine available. However, the only downside was that the elevator was very slow, and it took ages for it to come down.

The breakfast was good, although the options were limited. It was satisfying enough to start the day, but don't expect a lavish spread. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were quite rude, and this left a negative impression on me. Even if the room was available before 2pm, they would not give it to you until 2pm sharp, which was disappointing.

Another issue was that if you lose your keycard, be prepared to pay 250,000 dong for a new one. This is quite expensive and was an unexpected cost that I had to bear.

The hotel is managed by RI-YAZ Hotels & Resort and is situated in the same building as FOUR POINTS by Sheraton. Free WiFi is available throughout the property, and the Da Nang international and domestic airport is just 8.2 km from the property.

This place was great, especially the service. From the reception staff, to the restaurant, to the cleaning service. We were greeted each time we left and entered with friendly face and smile. The staff offered great recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and also where to get tickets for attractions for a great price.

One evening, my friend left his phone in a Grab vehicle, when we told the front desk staff the two gentlemen got on it right away. They contacted Grab, made appropriate notifications, even put out messages on Grab message board with the driver's license information. Two hours after, the phone was delivered to us with no incident. They went above and beyond, we could not have achieved this without their help!!!

The restaurant staff were great as well! I don't think we had a used/dirty plate on our table more than 10 seconds! They were very attentive and offered up different local dishes that changed daily, all of which were delicious. I travel quite often for work and pleasure and this was probably one of the best service I've had at any hotel restaurant. Thank you Chin and Nga!
