Đây là cảm nhận chân thật về quán trà sữa này,nhân viên rất tệ!rất xem thường khách hàng, mình mua 1 đơn thay trân châu bằng hạt thuỷ tinh thì mua 3 lần sai hết cả 3. Khi mua lần thứ 4 mình có phản ánh với 1 bạn nhân viên là nữ, lúc sau mình đi lấy xe đối diện quán thì có bạn nam kia (là bạn đã làm sai 3 lần cho mình) đã cầm nón và đứng đối diện đe doạ về phía mình.
