As a Thai, I must say that the food tastes close to authentic Thai food, delicious. But the staffs are not very attentive to customers.
My partner raised his hand to call the staffs several times, but the staffs just saw and ignored him until I had to shout to call the staffs.
Dalat is a tourist city, I think the staffs should know some English.
Also, I don't understand why the staffs have to run around the restaurant (literally RUN) to serve food, welcome the customers, or whatever. I am a restaurant worker too. Old chicken wings soaked with oil that we almost left everything after the very first bites. There was also fried squid rings, barely looked like rings but lumps (too disappointed to take photos) and mostly flour. Tomyum soup was so so, not too bad but too tiny seafood to taste 🙄The vegeterian pineapple fried rice was the best part of the meal, though I guess it is hard to fail at such a typical dish. Milk tea was not tasty either, too sweet.
However, the staff was not aware of the ingredients and she said they do not have tofu in the rice even though it is vegeterian (???). She looks indifferent as well. The restaurant did not ask for feedback or how our meal was even though we could barely finish our food...

We were sitting for quite a while waiting for our empty dishes to get taken away, for instance. All the staff was completely indifferent overall but what really caused me to give the two star rating is that they charge you for tissues. Like, they don’t give any napkins, so you find soft tissue on your table instead and they make you pay for them without warning you that you have to pay for them. How many restaurants do you know that charge for napkins? Here’s an idea guys, why don’t you charge for using plates and cups? Charge for chopsticks too, while you’re at it, it’s good...
