A beautiful café specializing in avocado icecream and avocado-based sundaes, it's on the road leading to the popular tourist hostspot of Dalat's heritage railway station. I spotted it on my way to the station and when I finished my visit, on my way back to the lake area, decided to check it out. The menu is entirely in Vietnamese, so I wasn't sure what to have. I spotted one of the staff preparing something that definitely looked scrumptious, and ordered the same. It came in a beautiful, oddly shaped icecream bowl, along with a mid-autumn greeting, the festival is just 6 days away, which I thought was a very nice and kind touch. The avocado sundae had bits of real avocado slices, which I loved. The gelato has a subtle sweetness, just like real avocados. The dining area is in two parts - an indoor one with wooden flooring and warm lighting, and an outdoor one with pretty tables looking on to the street. You'll love the ambience and the icecream and the sundaes. The sight of baskets of avocados itself is very soothing. The staff are all very young and high-energy, generating good vibes and energy in this...

Avocado ice cream is one of the must-try dishes when coming to Da Lat. Like going to Hue to eat Hue noodles and drinking salted coffee, going to Hanoi to visit old town pho and try egg coffee. Coming to Da Lat, almost everyone knows the name CHAM Da Lat. The hotel I and my team stayed at in the Da Lat travel guide, the list of TAM avocado ice cream shops was mentioned first. Coming to the restaurant in the evening, it was quite crowded, both Vietnamese and Vietnamese. The buttercream is really smooth, fresh, and sweet enough.
We hope that CHAM will soon be present in Saigon and Hanoi as planned so that many people can enjoy avocado ice cream and avocado coffee in the true...
