[1 star to get the owner's attention] Long term customer here. This will be my second time complaining about the speed of service.

Service is far too slow. All or most the food is cooked already. You should be able to handout food at a faster pace. There was only two orders ahead of me today and I had to wait 20+ minutes. On busier day, expect 30+ minutes. I'm also suspicious if deliveries are prioritised ahead of people dining in?? There's 5+ staff there, and more often that not, they're walking around doing damn all. My suggestion: I know space is tight, but have two+ people wrapping the tacos. This should be your main concern. Have one toasting and bagging. Have someone on the till, and someone cooking.

I was led to believe that this was a foreign owned business, but it doesn't appear to be as there's just too much inefficiencies so perhaps I'm wrong there.

It's so frustrating watching staff hang around while only person is working on the tacos.

I was very disappointed with the service at this place. Even though the store wasn’t crowded, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We asked for a recommendation since it was our first time, but instead of offering any guidance, the staff just pointed at the menu without saying a word.

We ended up ordering a mini taco, fries, and a drink, only to realise afterward that there was a combo option that would have been more suitable. The staff didn’t mention it or offer any suggestions.
