I`m not joking, but Michelin should make a second tier for local food and local restaurants; Michelin Local. If they did, they should award this restaurant at least one star. It's the only restaurant I've eaten in where the actual food matches or exceeds the presentation photo. The chicken was perfectly cooked and lightly seasoned, The fragrant rice was excellent and the salad fresh.
As a bonus, the chef speaks fluent English, is kind, polite, and engaging, and the menu is clear concise, and priced. The staff are kind and attentive too.
